Haru Haru has given me excellent advice regarding my skin care routine, in store and online. They’ve helped me clear my skin for which I am forever grateful, their detailed and competent information is what I liked the most in the (Rotterdam) store. Furthermore when I ordered online they also shipped my package very quickly, were generous with new samples and other small gifts which was also very much appreciated! Thank you guys.

Explanation on the website is clear, I recieved a lot of cute samples and I like the brand collection a lot.

I regularly visit the Haru Haru Beauty store in Amsterdam and I've always had a great experience there. The workers are friendly, educated and willing to help you with picking out new skincare. I didn't have the time to come by the store, so i ordered online! There is a big variety of products to choose from and you can easily filter your needs so that you can find the right product for you :) You can also use the 'compare' setting to compare multiple products. Furthermore, if you are unsure of what kind of products you should be looking for and what suits your skin there is also a page dedicated to helping you find out. The shipping was very fast and I received multiple notifications of when my package would arrive. The products arrived nicely packed and undamaged. Overall a great experience, I would order again! :)

In your website standing 1-2days shipping time. I ordered friday, next monday, didnt come. Tuesday i travel for vacation without my order. Im totally dissapointed. I find other korean skin webshop.
