Haru haru employees are absolute experts about skin and their products down to the ingredients. One of the shops I always go to when I'm in Amsterdam. They always carefully explain their products, how to use it and the effects. They never tried upselling me products, even when I wanted to invest more. They also try to work out your routine with products you already use.

Prices might be high for you if you are used to drugstore products. But prices are resonable compared with luxury brands. The products adviced will work great. The days of buying expensive skincare and using it wrong are over with Haru Haru beauty. Loyal customer for almost a year now.

EXTRA PRODUCTS:
I order 8 products: 1 Lagom Cellub Gel to Water Cleanser; 1 Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner; 1 Barr Centella Calming Gel Essence; 1 IUNIK Black Snail Restore Serum; 1 Barr Centella Calming Barrier Cream; 2 Jumiso Have a Good Cream Snail & Centella Travel Size; and 1 HARU 7 Day Sheet Mask Challenge pack. However, when I opened the package I was overwhelmed by the effort put into the packaging (which I will mention later on in the review) and by the extra products they intentionally placed inside the box (they even wrote them out on the receipt): 1 Full-Size Yadah Eye Cream and 1 Barr Bottle. I would have loved what I got regardless but it was nevertheless a pleasant surprise especially given the amount of money I spent (a total of €162,40 with tax included). I ended up giving the eye cream to my mother on Mother's Day and the bottle (along with the 6 samples I received from the products I bought) to my best friend.

EXPERIENCE WITH HARU HARU:
A couple of hours after I ordered from Haru Haru I noticed that one number of the shipping address was incorrect. I followed the instructions I received in one of their emails after the order went through and reported the issue on their website. In a matter of hours (on a Saturday) I was given a response from their customer service in which they, in a really attentive and friendly way, fixed my mistake. The order took around 1 week to arrive at its final destination.

PACKAGING:
As for the effort put into the packaging I have mentioned above, I would like to refer to the very cute handwritten note saying the following "Dear [my name], welcome to the fam! Enjoy your goodies & let us know if you have any questions. Also, stay in good health~<3". That, along with a bunch of cards and stickers to guide us through the skincare routine lifestyle, plus all of the samples, plus the extra products I have already mentioned, turned a simple skincare shopping spree into a lovely and more intimate experience.

PRODUCTS FOR ECZEMA:
I will definitely recommend ordering from Haru Haru Beauty to my friends and relatives, especially those who are struggling with eczema and want to partake in a skincare routine that doesn't revolve around cortisol creams and storebought moisturizers. I have yet to test out the products but just from the fact that Haru Haru's website allows us to search for products appropriate to our skin types AND skin conditions under their assigned tags, my eczema and I feel heard and looked after.
