It seems a bit expensive but anything that takes the stirring out of making risotto has to be a winner. Great results so far at both rice and risotto, and very nice to have the option to sear food too. I’ve not tried the slow cooker setting as it’s not really what I need or bought it for. It would have been useful to include a recipe book but I’m happy to experiment. So far I’ve found a little more liquid than recommended gives better results, but that’s down to personal taste too.
