We would like to thank the Hartmann's team, and especially Katrine for the wonderful and patient service we were given while choosing our engagement and wedding rings.

We were given excellent service through our multiple visits, patiently answering all our questions and giving us honest feedback along the way. Katrine has been extremely customer-centric and always greeted us with a smile (and a bubbly or two).

We are extremely happy and fond of our ring selections and all adjustments were done with quick turnaround times.

We will be seeing Hartmann's again in the future.

We had the most wonderful experience at Hartmanns with Natascha. She was very kind and patient with us and made it a truly memorable experience for me and my partner. We placed orders for our wedding bands at very short notice ahead of our wedding, but she very kindly accommodated our timings and had these ready in record time for our special day. We can’t thank you enough!

Both my fiancé and I have been very happy with the team at Hartmanns. Top quality materials: gold, diamonds - and Katrine has been wonderful to collaborate with - super patient, knowledgeable and kind. The selection of models is also very broad and always promoting timelessness. We are definitely remaining loyal clients ♥️

Beautiful ear rings. However, when the stick on the back was too long, they asked for me to pay for a normal sized one. Not the kind of service I would expect for the price point.

My boyfriend and I chose to buy my engagement ring through Hartmanns and I have to say we are both very happy with the final product. The ring is exactly what we were hoping for - different, but understated - with both the diamond and design being of high quality...

However, the service we experienced at Hartmanns was some of the worse we have experienced anywhere! From months of delays with no communication, to missed appointments, to ordering wedding bands we hadn't decided on... Although we really wanted to buy our wedding bands at Hartmanns, since we love my engagement ring so much, in the end we decided we could not give Hartmanns any more business after being treated so badly. It was a real shame, because they really do have some nice pieces.
