Wow… one of the worse hotels we’ve…

Wow… one of the worse hotels we’ve stayed at! Old air con unit in there that was broken with a fan in there instead. Then late at night we could hear a lot of noise, looked out and it was all the kitchen staff etc smoking and chatting late. Cleanliness poor also… shower broken as well

we booked this hotel for the 14th and…

we booked this hotel for the 14th and 15th feb we stayed 1st night but for family matters had to return home on the 15th. told reception but they were not helpful at all, they told me I had to contact booking .com, booking .com told me that hotel had to refund room cost. I have contacting them on many occasions but no response as yet I seem to be going round in circles!!!

This was our second visit to the hotel …

This was our second visit to the hotel and decided to Book a two night stay with breakfast for myself and my partner and it was fantastic!! we arrived late due to work but the staff at the reception was more than welcoming, our room was excellent with a great view of the castle and river, it was very clean and decor was fitting for the style of hotel and surroundings.
Room service was again excellent with polite and smart staff, breakfast loads of choice and cooked well,
Staff always friendly and polite and more than happy to go out there way to help you especially as my partner is vegan so food can be tricky in some places.
I would definitely be returning again and would recommend this place if you never visited Windsor.

Poor service

Went to enjoy 'High Tea' at prebooked time and were offered a table in reception. After offering to wait we were given a lovely table, just not any lovely service. We felt pretty ignored and when I got up to re-order a pot of tea that had been ordered 15 minutes prior I was told 'sorry brother'.

wont be visiting again.
