Have purchased from Harrod horticulture many times and not had any problems. Always liked the quality of their products. This time the order was delayed and then when the delivery did arrive one package was missing and another damaged. The delivery driver from Dx was not helpful and said it was my problem to sort out. I was very unhappy as the order was not cheap. Happily Harrod dealt with the complaint promptly this morning and spoke to courier. The missing parcel turned up this afternoon. A bad customer experience turned around to a positive one by good customer service from Amanda and the customer service manager. Will happily order from them again now.

Bought 1.80 m2 raised veg bed in wood. Lovely wood. Easy construction. Looks great.

right price, arrived as promised,already protected my
potato crop.

The cover for my raised bed is working well. Total cover if frost is forecast, and protection from birds and slugs all the time.

Excellent product, but lack of delivery notification was an issue - for such large and expensive items, some tracking and notifications would assist customers.

Good product delivered on time.The espalier frame is robust and easy to erect.

Very efficient speedy service and products I purchased (popadome crop protection tunnels) generally well designed and functional. However, end hoops of tunnel tend to fall inwards. I have added a guy rope each end to try to rectify this, but maybe something for designers to reconsider.
