no service after weeks of trying
So after leaving three messages and sending four emails, I gave up. This went on for almost three weeks. I can't comment on the customer service because there is none. I wrote and called regarding my late father's estate which held some very interesting and rare coins, most graded and easily enough appraised by a professional industry participant. I sent photos and descriptions as their website requested. Crickets. In the end, I gave up. Fortunately, there are enough competent competitors out there to fill the void and who actually provide a thing called courtesy and customer service. I'm glad I didn't actually waste any time bringing them this diverse and interesting collection of 78 lots of US, world and ancient coins.
