Availability is patchy. They often run out of the most important things at the most important times (they have run out of lambing boxes for weeks at a time the last few years, around lambing time). Staff are sometimes pretty grumpy. Staff turnover is high meaning there is often a lack or product or organisational knowledge. Non animal-nutrition products are generally more expensive than other local suppliers. Animal feed products are generally competitively priced.
