Good quick professional service
Ordering is easy, including payment. Freight charges are reasonable and DHL is reliable, the goods were dispatched quickly and arrived sooner than I expected. Makes online shopping a good experience.

Avoid not reliable , moth waiting never send item till I ask him to refund
After month of waiting I contacted seller and he answered : sorry item not in stock! For god sake then why you didn't let me know !!!!?
And why you never response and let your clients waiting for nothing ?!!!
Then I asked him urgently to refund my money so he refund after another month !

Extremely slow customer service and unprofessional handling of issues
We ordered 87 bags of wood (25 SEK per bag) + delivery costs (1.000 SEK from Svågertorp to Malmö C) from Harald Byborgs webshop just before Xmas 2014. We specifically bought the wood here, because we had very good experience with the quality compared to the price level of the wood in the shop in Svågertorp. The wood was delivered by DHL and shipped off in our yard, from where we transported it by lift to the fith floor, where we live. This took quite some work! Ones the wood was inside the apartment, we realized that the content of most of the bags, was not the wood, that we thought we had ordered, but a very poor type consisting of very small pieces, good for nothing else than lighting up the fire. We therefore called HN's customer service and reported this on the 21st of December. It took them 1 month to deal with the issue and only due to having spend extremly much time on writing e-mails, phoning, sending pictures etc. etc., they finally agreed to refund 600 SEK, which is, considering the quality of the wood, not very comforting, but at least something. Don't buy wood in HN's webshop, if you don't have a car, once delivered, you're stuck with it, even thought the wood is good for nothing.

The wood you bought was mixed wood and could therefore look a little bit different although it has the same kilogram, the product had this information in its description. Anyway are we really sorry that your matter took so long time. If you cant deliver direct to the house then say so, clearly, at the time of ordering. I thought I paid extra to have it delivered but then received and sms saying it was ready to collect from schenker. I had no way of collecting my parcel, but the only option then given by your customer service was to return it, if I paid a further 200kr!!! I will NEVER purchase from you again.
