Trustworthy and reliable service
We moved from Virginia to Arizona and needed assistance safely and reliably relocating our family ESA pet. After lots of research online, we were lucky and very grateful to find Happy Tails Travel. Deciding on the ground transportation option, for various reasons, our assigned driver was amazing. He was very good with our pet and made us very comfortable with the entire process from the initial contact, all the wonderful updates and photos along the journey, and when we were all finally back together again. Our Pet Travel Specialist, who guided us through the process was equally wonderful and set us at ease during a stressful time. We couldn’t thank them and such a service enough and are happy there are such wonderful people out there willing to do this kind of work for those of us who care so much for our pets, who are such an important part of our families.
