Terrible application

When paying for order with credit card you are charged before final confirmation and accepting terms of the order!
The application frequently crashes, has basic functionality. I ordered photo albums several times trough last years, there are some updates to download, but nothing improved on the user side.
Customer support blames you for mistakes in the application.
Final prints are good, usually delivered in 5 days, from happyfoto.sk.

we are sorry for the inconvenience, but we charge credit cards only after the order has been completed and confirmed.

Further we are sorry that the software keeps crashing.
