Nach gegeüberstellung der Tatsachen meldet sich das Unternehmen einfach nicht mehr. Nur gut das es die A-Z Garantie von Amazon gibt !

J'ai alors reçu un message de Hantec m'annonçant qu'ils m'enverraient l'appareil que si je leur versait directement 20 % de TVA en plus.
Le prix mis en avant n'était donc pas sincère et véritable.
Amazon, à qui j'ai signalé la pratique, a refusé de publier le commentaire sur les pratiques du vendeur.
Ganz mies, telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, kein support, habe die Anlage von einem befreundeten Klimatechniker, der das jeden Tag macht, istallieren lassen, jetzt gewährt man keinerlei Garantie, da kein Installationsprotokoll vorliegt, warum? Alles nach Vorschrift installiert, der Lüfter macht Geräusche, man will keine Garantie geben. Übergebe das jetzt einem Anwalt. Habe 2 Anlagen, beide laufen auch gut, nur bei einer macht der Lüfter Geräusche und die enteist auch nicht richtig im Winter, die andere läuft. Wie geschrieben, null support!
Der Händler leistet bei defekter Ware keinerlei Kundendienst, nicht mal die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Gewährleistung.
