Highly satisfied with Super A-808

I’m really happy with the Super A-808 overall. It runs very steadily in daily use, and the white ink performance has been a real highlight — consistent output and nice, even coverage without issues. The print colors come out vibrant and accurate, and the results have been very reliable so far. I also appreciate the technical support team; they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful whenever I have questions, which makes using the machine much easier and more reassuring.

Don't buy your printer at Hanrun!

I would strongly advise anyone against buying a printer from Hanrun Paper.

The delivery itself was fine, but unfortunately the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. They are very difficult to reach, communication is slow, and they make very little effort to actually solve problems.

We spent around €4000 on a printer that still does not function properly. After many failed remote support sessions, we were told that a technician would come to our location while they were attending a trade show in Europe. We waited for months, only for them to keep postponing the visit and eventually tell us that nobody could come after all.

Meanwhile, we are left with a machine that we cannot properly use, our business cannot start as planned, and they refuse to offer a refund or proper solution.

Once they have your money, they seem to disappear when serious problems arise.

For us, this has been a complete waste of money and a very frustrating experience.

My Experience with Hanrun Paper – Super A600 Printer
Hi everyone, I’d like to share my experience with Hanrun Paper. I purchased their Super A600 printer, and at first, everything seemed great. The printer arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and the representative was responsive throughout the buying process.
However, things took a turn when I started the installation. While the printer itself has a relatively simple setup, communication with the representative quickly became frustrating. The support for software installation and printing issues has been extremely disappointing. The seller has completely disappeared—no responses to my messages—and I made the mistake of purchasing outside of Alibaba to avoid fees.
It has now been almost three days without any response from anyone at Hanrun Paper, including the seller, Vladimir. My biggest issue is that the printer is not printing white ink, no matter what I try. Color ink prints fine, but I haven’t been able to resolve the white ink issue—even with the help of ChatGPT.
It’s a shame because I was seriously considering buying a second printer from them. Unfortunately, this experience has made me rethink that decision.

Avoid Hanrun Paper and this seller Vladimir.
