Ordered a pair of ONs after a month and a half of sending emails and no response I spoke to my bank who recalled my payment back to my account...do not fall for this scam site!

I ordered a pair of trainers on February 2nd and have still not received them on March 19th. Despite numerous attempts to contact them I haven't even received a refund. SO I AM NOW £100 OUT OF POCKET. I NOW HAVE TO GO TO CITIZENS ADVICE TO SEE WHERE I GO FROM HERE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE DROM A DISGUSTING COMPANY

I ordered shoes. They replied that my order was processed and was waiting to be shipped. That was a month ago. Money was taken out of my account. Nothing ever came back that the shoes were shipped

It's been 3 weeks...no updates on order. Customer service kept on selling me lies it's coming now it's coming then...asked for refund and they have stopped replaying. They are fraud. 95 pounds completely wasted. Fake fake fake and fraud fraud fraud. I never got order, never got replay, never got my money back.

After a long wait, my trainers arrived the wrong size.. and had a terrible smell to them. After sending many emails, i have given up due to no response from them..

My second pair was the boots, which also had a terrible smell. Again gave up as no response from them about returns. I decided to wear them as it was another £95 wasted and the top metal hook for the laces broke !!!

So unfortunately don’t recommend this supplier and their copies of the original products..

Bought OnCloud trainers for £95. Arrived today and they are fake. Smell really chemically and the glue is everywhere. Do NOT BUY. I only purchased the because of Trustpilot reviews.

Scam - purchased two pairs of On brand trainers. Fake tracking number etc. Normal Chinese lot.

Avoid this at all costs. Hanon CLUB Another £95 purchase, invoice sent immediately, all looked good? 6 days later, both purchase and tracking number are void and no response from customer service. Thankfully used the credit card so they’re on with the recovery of money.

Tried contacting customer service they gave me a fake tracking number and stole £95 from me

I bought over 10 shirts but they all run quite a bit small and since the store closed, cant return or exchange. Unfortunate timing but would have been nice to have it on the site that the sizes run a bit small for hanon brand clothing
