Unresolved missing item. No response after 5+ weeks.
Ordered on 15/8/26 (Order NC920789). Had to chase for a dispatch update on 26/8/26 after receiving no communication. Was told the message had been passed to the warehouse, and the order was finally dispatched the next day (Consignment #CPA84XZ7349679). Delivery arrived 31/8/26 Missing the Premium Red Cedar Coat Hanger With Bar (43cm x 12mm Thick, 20-piece bundle), $99.00 AUD, despite it being paid for and listed on the invoice. I emailed the same day with photos of every item received, plus individual and total package weights, to make the shortfall easy to verify. A follow-up went in on 3/9/26.
As of 27/9/26, over five weeks after the original order and nearly four weeks after reporting the missing item, I have had zero response from Hangersforless on any of it.
Communication was minimal even before the missing item. I had to chase for a dispatch update. Since flagging the missing item, with clear evidence and a follow-up sent four days later, I've had no response of any kind on a clearly documented $99 discrepancy. Can't recommend ordering here until this is resolved.
