My new E-bike

Just recently, I bought the HANEVEAR RX20MAX-Pro 20'' . While it was raining for days, I couldn't ride it.
As soon as the weather cleared, I took the bike for a ride in the forest; it was so exciting. It is the perfect bike for me.
The bike is taking hills like cutting cheesecake.

But when I assembled the bike, I noticed the thread on the left pedal seemed worn out. Nevertheless, I was able to fix it. Now everything works great, and I can't wait to go on longer tours.
I can seriously recommend the HANEVEAR RX20MAX.
Happy I got it.

E bike battery charger

Delivery was not previously available to my area. Now it is. I received the package quickly.
The battery charger is the same as the original, which malfunctioned. I hope the new one doesn't malfunction. So far it works fine. I have to charge my battery about once a week, so I will know soon if the new equipment lasts.

Poor customer service

Warning to all customers.

We requested a refund for a bike purchased from Hanevear.
The company provided a completely fake return address — not a warehouse, not a service center, but the home of a private individual in France.
When we contacted him, he confirmed he had recently purchased a second-hand bike from Hanevear.
This strongly suggests that the company resold our bike while our refund was still pending.

Hanevear then stopped responding, refused to issue an official return label, and left us without any way to return the item.

This behavior matches known patterns of return fraud, product misrepresentation, and cross-border consumer deception.

Avoid this seller.
We have already escalated this case through our bank and consumer protection authorities.

We apologize that Hanevear did not provide satisfactory service. Our investigation into your issue suggests a possible misunderstanding.

Your order was placed on September 11, 2025, and you requested a return a month and a half later, citing dissatisfaction. According to Hanevair's policy, sellers have grounds to refuse returns exceeding 14 days. However, for your benefit, we chose to process your return. (It should be noted that your reason for returning the bicycle was dissatisfaction, not a product issue.) Therefore, we sent the bicycle to a buyer willing to accept a used product and provided you with a FedEx return label.

We are very sorry that you have not returned the package or handed it over to FedEx staff. This is very puzzling to us.

Through your transaction claim, the entire cost of the order has been refunded to you, but as of January 8, 2026, you still have not returned the package, even though we have scheduled a UPS pickup.

In conclusion, we hope to resolve this misunderstanding through communication and look forward to your email reply.
