Purchased 2 items and have not received them no reply to phone calls or messages over 10 calls any one thinking of buying from them shoud in my opinion avoid

I was considering ordering a Brodit ProClip assembly from HandNav. Their prices are approx half of what you'd pay to order from ProClip USA. However their contacts page on the website gives an address in Hertfordshire, but the phone number is 020 7078.... is a Central London number. Seems just a tad odd that one.... Also the experiences of folks ordering goods, which then fail to arrive and not being able to get any sensible response from anyone at the company, has prompted me to steer clear and not place an order with HandNav.

Wrong item sent - no response from company
Ordered an Akron phone mount at £15 Was sent a cheap silver mount (probably worth £6). Company failed to respond to my complaints several times. Beware of this company - they are rip-off merchants.
