Honesty was the thing that stood out for me they delivered the product that they said when they said and for the price they said and the quality was top notch also the emotional impact that a quality painting has on one when it's hanging on your wall is quite extraordinary

Amazing and easy process.
The process was easy, really great communication and I had a small feedback which the artist took and fixed before final approval. Loved the process and will definitely be ordering more! Thank you, my mom absolutely love the painting which means a lot to me.

Artist Captures A Memory Beautifully

Disappointed with the Quality Not a True Hand Painted Piece
I ordered what was advertised as a hand-painted reproduction of a photo I sent. The website clearly stated it would be a handmade piece, but what I received looks more like a printed image with minimal brush strokes added on top.
The overall quality does not reflect the high price I paid. I was expecting a true painting created from scratch, not something that feels mass-produced. It's very disappointing, especially given how this was marketed.
The communication with customer service was good during the time of my order.
I really hope i will get a answer soon from customer service about my experience.

Fantastic experience with Hand Painted Artwork
The artwork itself has been made beautifully. There was a point where i wanted a minor modification- the artist managed to do this very nicely.
Additionally- I was hesitant to deal with a name at the other end of an email (Monica Lee)-esp to make advance payments. I must say the entire experience was managed very professionally. Monica seems like a seasoned account manager. she has been very thorough and responsive in the process.
Lastly- the artwork was couriered using DHL and with a lot of care to ensure that the artwork remains intact.

My second commission
I have just received my second commission with handmade and can highly recommend them. Both pieces are an amazing reproductions of the originals I submitted. It was excellent communication from start to finish and both paintings look great. I will definitely use again.

Great oil painting from photo
I was a bit nervous about the result I would get back of the painting I requested. This was to convert my wife's favourite photo of her and our granddaughter to an oil painting. It is a surprise 70th birthday present for my wife. She hasn't seen it yet, but I'm sure she will be as pleased as I am with the result. It really is very good. My grateful thanks to the artist who produced it.

Highly recommend
Have done 2 commissions with handmade. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for future commissions. Monica has been very communicative and responsive, the paintings look great and are a fraction of the price of the originals.
