Absolutely useless and horrendous to deal with, they are obstructive and extremely unhelpful. The warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Would strongly advise people to not bother parting with cash or expecting any help. Gold warranty a complete waste of money. Such a stressful and challenging process to try and claim - they don’t want to help you.

I had a really positive experience
I had a really positive experience speaking with Cian at Handler Protect this morning. From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional and genuinely reassuring.
He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly and made me feel confident that he would do everything he could to help with my claim. I came away from the conversation feeling much more reassured and positive about the situation.
It’s not often you speak to someone in customer service and feel genuinely listened to, but Cian was excellent. He is a real credit to Handler Protect and I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me today. Excellent customer service

Not worth the paper its written on !
Not worth the paper its written on, bought car , regularly serviced, way below average milage, yet all they do is say its wear and tear, even with mechanics report, they still insist its due to milage!! And wear and tear, so basically if you drive your car at all you have no chance of successful claim, also even on gold warrenty which you think its covered for everything you'll find its not, absolutely abysmal company.

Handler protect are wonderful. I spoke to the lovely Cian today. Very swift, informative and straight to the point. (I know nothing about cars BTW). Cian is incredibly professional and polite. Would 100% recommend! 5 stars from me.

Handler car warranty
I took the warranty before looking at the reviews. If you check them the majority of their five star reviews are from first time reviewers how amazing is that ? i’d guesstimate 75% then that leaves the remainder who have claimed and been declined. It’s as if they had no intention of paying out especially giving you 30 days to make a claim and supply all the information. If you’re covered you’re covered. I would avoid them
like the plague as they have no
intention of paying you out when it’s quite clear that you are. I will appeal and go to the Ombudsman.

Warranty! Not worth the paper it’s written on! Bought this comprehensive warranty! first repair not cover! Reason why “not covered” asked and again got not covered on repeat. Asked questions as the which element this repair comes under again not covered! A very high rate customer service advisor shouting not covered at me down the phone! All I wanted was an explanation. I wanted to understand why!!!
Clearly either he didn’t know that being the case should have transferred me! But I got not covered shouted at me down the phone.
Honestly explanations are needed to avoid this type of review
Please avoid this company like the plague

Can’t thank the company enough and especially Cian, incredible customer service! They dealt with my repair so quickly with no hassle whatsoever.
