I placed an order on 15.3.2026, paid immediately and up to now I didn't receive my purchase. Although I sent two emails, I didn't get any response.
This is definitely NOT the right way to treat customers!!
I have placed an order over a week ago and was charged right away. Up to now, I still have not received any tracking or shipping information about my order. Even my Shop App says “Waiting for details” from this company regarding my order status. I am very worried because they have already charged my card and have taken my money. - Yet still, I have no information if I am getting my product at all.
I have reached out to them several times by sending several emails to them, some emails replying to the Order Receipt containing the Order Number email, and other emails to their Customer Care Email that is listed on their website. This company says that they respond within 24 hours, but obviously they do not as I have yet to hear from them.
So unfortunately, I have not received any response from them. Instead, I have received several emails back from Gmail stating “Delivery Incomplete” to the email address this company provided. Gmail informed me that it attempted to deliver my emails to the email address listed on their website and on the Order Receipt email for several days. Disappointingly, Gmail eventually sent me an email stating that the emails were NOT delivered and that delivery “FAILED PERMANENTLY.”
So now I do not have a product or a way to contact them to cancel my order or get a refund because the email provided is NOT a working email.
So what is really going on here? Is this company still in business? Or are they scamming people?
Suspiciously, this company updates their Instagram to sell, but do not respond to other customers who leave comments looking for their orders as well.
I really just want to know where is my order??!!
Handbag Crave… please cancel my order and give me a refund because I have not received my item and you are not responding to any of my several emails and messages I have sent you. Otherwise, I will contact my bank to get my money back.

Thank you for my bag, I absolutely love it, it has arrived. Got it nicely wrapped too. The Bag is amazing, just a slight glue residue left on the hardware when I removed the stickers. Hope the customer service improves.
Not replying to my emails/ messages. What is happening? I have ordered my bag last week and now reading these reviews, I an not sure if I will get my order. Please can someone help? The business before the structure change was excellent. It is the opposite now. Really bad and disappointing.

Do not trust this company, My order was placed 11/28/25 and has not arrived yet more than 1 month later. I finally contacted the shipping company Royal Mail and they said it was returned to sender 12/16/25 for whatever reason but the company has still not contacted me about where my order is after sending them multiple emails, phone calls, messages on FB and instagram! They already took my money and even had time to hide my Instagram comment today exposing their garbage company which has NO customer service or any real way to contact them. Don’t bother ordering anything from them.

this site its a scam!!!
i ordered a bag on feb 3rd and all went fine till i check the awb and says its at the customs . the problem is i see this for 13 days now and nothing.i contacted them several times and no bother for them to answer.
i will have to contact my bank to get my money back cos from what i see ill get no bag from them.

these ppl should end up in jail for stealing money from ppl cos thats the word for whats happening: STEALING

I did my order five weeks ago and I also payed it in advance.
Until today I did not receive the bag or a message what is going on.
Handbagcrave did not answer my e mails or messages on instagram!!!!
This is decently unserious and I hope nobody will oder something from this company!!!!!!

This was my a second experience with this shop. Till now all was perfect, but today I received a wrong item. I sent to the store an email with photo's what I received. One part it is nice bag, but not what I want. Sad. I had to pay tax fees (UK - NL) and I got wrong order. 😞 I hope that store will contact me ASAP with the help, what to do. I spared 💰 for bag all year and now, I am really sad.

BUYER BEWARE. They sent me the wrong item, and they do not answer their emails, or messages on Instagram (despite being active and posting photos of the bag I ordered!) Do not buy, please take your money elsewhere.

First time ordering and my experience is horrible!! They shipped me the wrong bag and it’s cheaper than what I paid for! I have emailed them 4 times, sent messages, and not a single reply. I will leave multiple reviews so that other people won’t go through what I’ve went through!!

I bought a bag (Crissy tote, color white) to give a gift to my wife. I must say that she is delighted with the quality of the product, it is the same as in the web photos.
it is also a trustworthy store, that if you have any problem they solve it as soon as possible.

I have received my order earlier than planned and very good quality bag!
The wrapping was well done; with stickers on the metal and plastic to protect the foot of the bag.. came with nice cute accessories.
It is not the cheapest, but exactly what you would look for; a good quality leather bag you can keep for a long time, without spending thousands.
Ordered a handbag for delivery to Jersey via a shipping agent. Item was delivered to them then lost, after contacting the sellers, they checked and within two hours the refund was sent. During the two hours the shipping co. found the lost bag, contacting me to say it was being delivered within two days. I informed the seller who couldn’t cancel the refund and asked me to purchase another bag with the credited money and keep the bag as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I had issues with my first order in that there was no updating on my order and I had no idea if it had shipped. I finally was able to contact them on social media (for some reason I couldn’t connect with them on their official website). Long story short is they ended up canceling my order. I was upset because it had gone on sale and I missed out on it. They reached out and offered me a gift card which redeemed everything. Great customer service and they followed through. The best part is the bag I received is just beautiful. I’ll be back, thank you to Anita in customer service and thank you handbagcrave!
In all fairness, they try very hard. I’ve had a few disaster orders with them - one came all scratched up and the colour of another order looked very different to the pictures on the website. Tried to return but customer service are very difficult to get in touch with and responses take weeks. This was in December so maybe they were struggling to cope with Christmas orders. So I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. They then took notice, apologised and gave me a discount code for my next purchase. I tried again, this time ordered 2 bags. One of which came in the wrong leather (whoever their supplier was mixed up the Epsom leather with the large grained leather). This time their customer service responded with an hour. I sent the return on Thursday afternoon and got the refund by Friday end of the day (they refunded shipping costs too of course) and gave me another discount code. So they’ve redeemed themselves. I think they’re a small business just trying to iron out the kinks in their processes and sometimes it takes a while. But overall, I believe they’re not out to cheat anyone and they do try to rectify something when it is brought to their attention. Try contacting them through IG as sometimes your emails may go to their junk mail.
