Missed Delivery Promise and extremely poor Customer care
We ordered based on the delivery timeframe they promised, (after several previous delays and reminders). Unfortunately the product didn’t arrive when promised. We understand they use DHL and can't control every part of the process, but we still expected clear communication and quicker follow‑up when things went off track.
After I called to ask for an update, I was told someone would call me back “ASAP,” but no one did! I then emailed later and only received a reply several hours after sending my message. The total lack of proactive communication and follow-up made the delay even more frustrating .
To be fair, the courier probably has been the main cause of the delay, but the seller is responsible for the end-to-end delivery experience and for proactively keeping customers informed when issues arise. Think twice before ordering from them, especially if you need the product by a certain date and time
