From the first telephone from Jonathan advising me an ordered timepiece had arrived, until the transaction concluded, it was the usual excellent and professional service I have become accustomed to at this magnificent Edinburgh Institution.

Was made very welcome and cared for by all staff. Matley made it a very relaxed and pleasant experience in which was not issue with the sale of my Rolex . Would recommend to anyone selling or buying.

My family and I visited today to note our interest in a Rolex watch. We were well taken care of by Jonathan and his colleagues. They were all lovely and very attentive. Looking forward to visiting again.

Setting aside the absolutely beautiful historical showroom and the original and quality pieces for sale shopping here is an absolute treat. Customer service that is frankly world class.

Myself and my Husband first visited this stunning jewellers 6 months ago where we were welcomed by one of the sales team, Rebecca. We were both interested in purchasing Rolex watches. Great first visit, registering our interest in our selected watches then followed up with frequent emails until one of our selections became available. We paid a visit to the shop today where we were again welcomed by Rebecca who looked after us throughout making our purchase. All the staff are very friendly but Rebecca is exceptional in her department and very knowledgeable in Rolex. Her customer care was second to none. We will return in the future to purchase again. Thank you again!

This was my second visit to get an update on a Rolex watch for when my son gets married in April this year, I had been approximately 18 moths ago.
Met Lesley for the first time who was very knowledgeable and courteous, hopefully Lesley can get the watch my son would like.

Hamilton and Inches at Christmas is a seasonal wonderland. Craig and his team could not have been more welcoming and helpful starting my Rolex journey. Being able to try on exhibition examples helped me finally decide between watches I have been thinking about, literally, for years.

A superb experience when visiting this amazing shop. I was met by Lesley who offered a coffee or champagne. I have other rolex watches and I explained the reason for my change, we discussed in detail and I tried a selection of superb watches. Lesley's product knowledge is superb. She noted my interest in a couple of models. I received an unparalled luxary retail experience.

I was looking to purchase a new Rolex and dealt with Jonathan who was excellent with advice and talking me through my options.I have had Rolex watches before but not from Hamilton and Inches but will be using them from now on.😁

I visited on Sunday to register interest in a Rolex. Giacomo was really friendly and professional, and more than happy to show me and let me try on as many models as I liked. Despite arriving quite close to closing time, there was no issue. The shop itself is beautiful and all staff very nice. I have put my name down and hope to hear soon, but so far my experience here has been fantastic.

I am located in Canada and used the [Enquire] feature to ask a question about the item I was interested in. Jonathan responded within a couple of hours with clear and concise answers. We exchanges a few more emails over a couple of days (time difference made synchronous communication tricky!) and I ended up purchasing the item. Jonathan kept me updated on the shipping and it was delivered less then a week from when I first enquired. The item was beautifully packaged. This was one of the best consumer experiences I have had.

What an absolutely fantastic experience. I popped in with my daughter to buy her a necklace the chaps there were so kind and patient with her. I also ended up buying a new watch. I contacted Hamilton & inches Edinburgh branch by email with an enquiry about a gents Rolex watch I received a very nice email from Johnathan goldsmith by return regarding the watches I was interested in explaining if possible to come into the store and we can show you a selection of watches that I am interested in . I arranged a time and date to visit store with Claire and when I arrived I was greeted by Rebecca who had refreshments for me a very nice touch , I was then met by giacomo who took a considerable time showing me the watches that I was interested in and took all the necessary information required I was very impressed with all the team at the Edinburgh branch of Hamilton and inches and there follow up, many thanks for spending a lot of time with me hopefully Rolex can supply the watch in near future thanks again Jimmy Stewart🤞

Fantastic customer experience. We were left to browse watches then Giacomo introduced himself and could not be more helpful. It was later in the day but there was no rush at all and we tried on a few pieces, loads on display and the knowledge Giacomo has is superb. A fantastic young guy and exceptional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Giacomo and Hamilton and Inches to anyone, look forward to seeing you in the future.

Incredibly attentive service. Digital sales consultant Jonathan helped facilitate the making of a sold out piece to have shipped to Los Angeles expeditiously, and the quality is exceptional. We have several pieces from them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
