Terrible quality

Terrible quality, worse customer service. I got a £90 laptop bag delivered which immediately broke. Like when I mean right away I was unwrapping it.

It also took 2 weeks to come from one side of England to the other.

I rang up and said look im not happy with the product it’s really bad quality but I want to try again again is it just a dodging one ? The lady on the phone just said ok and we sat in silence. If I could rate 0 I would it’s been a waste of my time totally.
