My package was unfortunately stolen, but a replacement was sent to me free of charge! I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Plus, I absolutely love the costumes!

Amazing costumer service, I had a problem with one of my items and they dealt with it very quickly at no extra cost. will come back when I need something else.

My experience has been overly exceeded with greatness! I ordered two different costumes and have only received the one so far but my jaw dropped at the quality. There was some confusion on the sizing and when I emailed just asking for an exchange, the service team went above and beyond to a degree I immediately told 5 different people to start buying from them! Julie was who helped me and I am so grateful and excited to have hopefully many more orders since this is a company that quickly gained my trust!

At first I didn’t know if it’s was legit but once we got the costume we knew we would shop here again! Thank you

Ordered a costume and paid extra for fast shipping only for it to arrive almost 2 weeks later.

This website side store very unprofessional, I order a costume and they send me a size for kids and I order women adult, trying to request a refund form, I have send 4 contact email to them and haven’t got any response. Please if you are planning to use them be careful. I got to go and take this to higher level to get my money back.
Never will use them again.

Loved the communication. Customer service reached out to let me know about another costume I ordered to let me know it wouldn't come on time for Halloween and if still wanted the others. I still got the other 2 and they reimbursed.

I was skeptical about ordering from here but with 9 days before Halloween, the costume came in 5 days! Highly recommend! Great quality and my kids loved their costumes!!!

This review is regarding the customer service. I ordered a costume for my son and unfortunately the local post office returned it due to an insufficient address being put on the shipping label. I contacted the company and Julie responded promptly. It was time sensitive to get the costume and Julie did her best to get another one shipped out asap to try to get it here on time. She was very responsive and although the costume wasn’t able to get here on time, I was issued a full refund. I would definitely order from Hallowitch again just due to the ease of their customer service.

My package was not received and the post office never returned it back to sender properly. Customer service responded to my email within a day and refunded my order. Very pleased!

I ordered this costume and my son was so excited. However, when it came it was too small. I reached out to costumer service asking for a refund because I didn’t think a new size would come in time. The amazing people who work in customer service made sure he got the correct size and it came so quickly. My son and myself really appreciate the great and thoughtful customer service. He loves his costume!

Ordered two costumes in one order. Package arrived late and contained only one costume. Was told 3d before Halloween the second costume was missing and wouldn’t arrive in time (and only after I followed up multiple times to inquire about the status).

I placed an order for two children's Halloween costumes. The company immediately charged my credit card. I did not receive order confirmation or an invoice. I did not have a way to contact the seller besides the Chinese symbols listed with my credit card company. Luckily, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company and was reimbursed. No costumes. Due to this incident the kids didn't have the costumes they wanted. Beware I had a frustrating, disappointing experience.

Do not trust this site. They dont privide the entire costume on display, dont trust paypal either with this site. They wont refund you. Neither hallowwitch or paypal. Paypal closed my case because i didnt provide a tracking number or something which i wasnt aware i had to provide. These people ae all scams

Excellent company! Ordered a Halloween costume and my daughter changed her mind, of course. Emailed asking to cancel the order OR information on how to return if it had already been shipped. Within 2 hrs I had a cancellation email and credit back to my PayPal account. Will definitely order from them again!
