It’s a scam! Very bad quality that doesn’t look like in advertising, you will loose your money!! It’s impossible to return! Everything about it it’s lousy bad experience! Stay away! It’s a pity that business like this are allowed to exist! SCAM made in china!

Please never do shopping with this online shop. The sizes are very small and do not comply to EU sizes. I have spent the money to return the product back to China (it was around 20 €) in the hope that I get back the money spent. After several eMails to the customer service, I have always received the answer, the refund will come soon. But it never was payed back. After 1 year I gave up to see again the 100 € spent.
PLEASE NEVER SHOP AT HalloBH!! The online shop should be forbidden in EU!!!

DON'T BUY!!! The sizes are different than in EU and if you want to send back the product you have to do it to China and the costs are on you.

Bra does not run true to size (too small) and cup insert shapes are horizontal rather than round or pear shaped giving a strange and unflattering look. Website promises 100% refund in 7 days. Customer service suggested 20% discount for me NOT to return!!!??? If I didn't want to accept that offer (which I found absurd), they would send return instructions. I will see if that actually happens. I thought this was an EU company and shame on me for not doing my homework 😞

If only there was a 0 star to select. Useless bras. No returns. Offered to send me 2 free products as "too expensive to send back to China".
After arguing for a return address, I have 3-5 days to return all goods to China ( took 8 days to get here!) I have to pay postage, and include the "extension strap" which is not even something they sent or they wont refund. Criminals.

Absolute rip-off and poor quality
The bra is absolutely inadequate. On request regarding a return address, it was communicated that the goods had to be sent to China, the price was too high and therefore 2 EUR would be credited for the next purchase. Do not buy in this online store under any circumstances!!!!

Bitte niemand sollte etwas von dieser Firma kaufen. Ihre Produkte sind nicht gut. Und wenn Sie etwas von die kaufen und es ändern möchten, vielleicht es zu klein ist, GEHT NICHT. und sie werden dir dein Geld nicht zurückgeben, oder tauschen.

Please No body should buy anything from this Company. Their products are not good. And if you buy anything from them, and it doesn't fit you and you want to change it, to another size, and you tell them, they will tell you to keep it by force. If not, you have to send the things back to China, and your money, they can't guarantee you if you will get it back. That is what they told me.

PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUS. DANGEROUS.
