Excellent customer service
Hallmark sent the correct item, but I was delighted with how they handled and fixed it. The package was exactly as I ordered it when they finally sent the right one. Beautiful packaging too. Customer service consistently assisted me throughout, and they kept me updated all the time. Thank you, Hallmark!

Some Utterly Rude represent this well meaning company
Some years ago bad experience 'cause of fishy and rude person holding a position there, who excelled in their choice of mealy cards; and meaningless drawings. Just an example of how heartless bullying people try to sell sentimental well meaning cards. Not at all as the Hallmark company intended. My question how can such an utterly impolite&rude person represent the Hallmark company?Maybe that person should start selling their own fishy-cards ?
