Half Price Perfumes Reviews 

I made an online order over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from the company. They do not respond to emails and I cannot get through by phone. Will now have to raise a dispute to reclaim the funds I have already paid this company! Terrible service! Could not provide an order reference as the terrible service meant I did not even receive an order confirmation email! After escalating through Paypal funds were returned as my order wasn't even in stock!

I am so annoyed I didn't read any reviews before I ordered! I ordered some perfume, got no confirmation but payment was taken. I then received an email advising it was out of stock and whether I wanted an alternative but got no response when I replied and started to feel nervous as I never received any form of confirmation / order number. I have since sent several emails but suprise suprise, no response and the telephone number on their website is dead! What on Earth is wrong with this company and how are they still trading???? I have contacted my bank who are going to start a dispute and looking in reporting via trading standards.

PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!

I ordered some items 11 days ago and im still waiting!! I was told my items would be with me a week ago but obviously this is not the case. They took the money out of my account straight away yet im still waiting. I have emailed several times but i just keep getting fobbed off. Absolutely shocking service, will never order again from them. All i want is my order not much to ask considering i have paid.

LET DOWN....ordered two items in november still waiting..have sent 2 emails they replied to one saying items would be sent...still nothing..2 xmas presents gone

I have order a shiseido set on this ưebsite and money was out of my account but i didnt received any mail to confirm. I sent email to them but no reply. i said i had 2 days more in Uk and after that i had to leave UK so how can i took my parcel . they said it will be delivery 3-5 days but now i havent received anything
whats going on this?

I bought Paco rabanne x black for my partner. On the 13th december. Never received a confirmation email or the item. But they took my money. I have emailed a number of times over and over. My partner now won't have a Christmas present. I am going to complain to my credit card company now.

Don't buy from them. They ruin your special occasions.

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering £158 worth of perfumes for Christmas presents on 2 December. I too have not had a delivery and have tried emailing and phoning. As all have said, the telephone line is dead and there has been no response from customer service. I am so angry that they have taken my money and provided nothing. I paid through Paypal and have reported them, so hopefully will get some response. However, it will arrive too late for me to be able to purchase the replacement presents. Please, please, DO NOT use this company. They have ruined my Christmas.

Even though they replied, only after I started a case on Paypal, to say they had despatched the item and it would arrive by Thursday, IT HASN'T. I have to go out and purchase the items again now and be severely out of pocket at a time when every penny counts. So very angry and disappointed.

I ordered Christmas gifts from HalfPrice Perfumes on the 16th November. The value of the order is £44.95. We are now the 19th December and I still have no goods! I have emailed several times and had apologies that they were waiting for part of my order still. I replied could they please post out what they has as they were gifts for work colleagues. They never replied. I then found a phone number Sterling Pharmacy Ltd t/a Halfpriceperfumes 0161 445 3753 ( different to the number on Sterling Pharmacy which is out of use!) and called them. After 5 calls today I have experienced a variety of responses: 1) We are nothing to do with Half Price Perfumes 2) A woman who answered and then just hung up on me. 3) Polite young man who said the gentleman who deals with HalfPrice perfumes was not in the office, call back after 11. 4) Please email - unable to deal with enquiries by phone 5) No one answering!
This makes me very wary of this company! I wonder if they are just taking all the cash from Christmas orders before folding! Please, please do NOT order from this company. There is NO customer service - I am unable to shop at this late date to replace the gifts I had ordered through them. I also cannot walk through crowded shops because of a disability.
I am disgusted!!

This firm took the payment from my bank knowing the perfume was no longer available and said they would issue a refund after I queried where it perfume was. Still waiting for refund I was promised and sent numerous emails to customer services that have gone unanswered !!

Box was peefectly fine no damage but inside perfume was damaged. Sent emails but no reply.

Got confirmation and money are gone. After that it is totally silent. Sent mail and complaints, but still no answer. What is going on? Why not at least answer??? Three weeks now...

I placed an order on 1/12/16 for a birthday present, as the order hasn't arrived I ve emailed them twice without a reply. The telephone number on their website is incorrect. I managed to find another number only to be told the item was out of stock, I was told inlay be in stock next week or the following week. They will let me know when it is in stock even though it was shown in stock when I ordered it.
They are either incompetent or dishonest I can't make my mind up at the minute.

I placed an order via Sterling Pharmacy on 17 November and promptly received an order confirmation from Half Price Perfumes. 2 weeks later my goods have not been delivered so I fill out their contact form, a week later still no response so I try telephoning them, the number listed on their site does not work. I have sent 2 further emails and still heard nothing. They have had my money for 3 weeks and not bothered to respond to any of my contacts. Dreadful service and robbers.

Purchased a gift for my fiancée this christmas and immediately had my suspicions. Product came in different packaging as to how advertised on website and different in all department stores.

The seal was sliced around the bottom of the tin and shows signs of where it's been prized open - PRODUCT LIKELY TAMPERED WITH!!

Stickers over the barcode on the tin also lead me to have my suspicions.

AVOID AND DON'T LET THIS BUSINESS RUIN YOUR CHRISTMAS

A well-kept secret in the beauty world - you can buy manufacturers genuine tester bottles of their fragrances - at a fraction of the price of the properly packaged bottles that are sold in department stores etc - I'm sure the perfume houses don't like it though. This Website sell loads of them - they are the genuine perfume without the fancy packaging and sometimes no lid - bottles are the same though but the box is just plain white. I thought it was a mistake when I ordered but I must tell you...it's the best kept beauty secret in the business. Does everyone know about this or is it just me? I got a Ghost perfume a Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance and a Paul Smith one but there's loads of them.

Have to say I'm a bit surprised by these negative reviews on here! I've been ordering from this website for years and years and never had a problem! The odd time there's a been a mistake or a delay it's been quickly rectified and sorted. Their prices are amazing, even though their delivery time is definitely a big longer than some I reckon that's how they are keeping their costs down. Please carry on doing what you are doing halfpriceperfumes.

I ordered several perfumes and make-up bits and bobs from halfpriceperfumesand I have to say I was very impressed by the speed of service, quality and price of the products – I even managed to find some L’Oreal lipliners that have been discontinued that I love at a really discounted price! It’s definitely a no-frills service – no fancy packaging etc but at the end of the day – that all gets thrown away doesn’t it! Loved it and you can be sure I’ll be ordering again.

This is the 2nd order I have placed with this company that I have had to chase up only to be told the items I have ordered are not available (even though they still appear on the website as "in stock" nearly 2 weeks after I placed the order).

When items are not available no one bothers to contact you to let you know your order just sits there "being processed". I tried contacting the company via their contact form but NEVER get a reply. Eventually had to phone them up.

I have given them the benefit on the doubt once, twice and they lose my custom.

I ordered perfumes in october and till now i have not received my items.
i called to get my funds returned 64 pounds and i was told they do not have funds, so i should raise up a dispute with pay pal.
in my life i have not gotten this kind of unacceptable service from anyone.
i NEED MY MONEY BACK!! THIS IS DAY LIGHT RUBBERY..
