Impossible to reach chat by phone
Impossible to reach chat by phone, have to go to a computer. Often the person on chat disappears completely or takes minutes to reply, so stressful and unreliable. Their prices are cheaper.

Recently I got some problem with my wifi and was unable to fix it myself for several days, then at last I contacted Halebop support in this regard. They were very kind and helpful and immediately advised me to do the needful. I followed their instructions and got my WiFi functioning properly again. I thank Halebop and staff members from the core of my heart. It was a very positive experience chatting with them.

Halebop were always so reliable and now…
Halebop were always so reliable and now I have returned to use them as Telefoni service provider. Do not sign a contract with other providers, they will charge you unknown amounts and take legal action if you query the bill.
