ARGAN OIL NOT
Don't bother buying this product advertised as Argan Oil, it contains very little.
I purchased this hair product based on their advertising the product as Argan Oil. However it didn't smell or look distinctly like the normal pale Yellow natural Argan oil I've purchased which cost £25/100ml and I suspected there was very little Argan Oil in the product. On doing some simple tests (burn test/Sodium Hydroxide test) the majority of the liquid in the bottle seems to be Silicon. Their advertising and promotion of the product as "Argan Oil" is false, deceptive and misleading and omits important information, leading consumers like me to make a purchase they might not otherwise have made. It's a violation of consumer protection laws. I can only conclude from this and my test and the low price of £10, that the product actually contains very little Argan Oil, probably less than 10%. There is no possible reason why their product description should not disclose the contents either as percentages or in order of magnitude. On this basis it should not be misleadingly sold or promoted as Argan oil hair treatment. On contacting them they declined to confirm the Argan Oil content which confirms my suspicion there is less than 10% and more likely 5%
