Service was pretty prompt
Service was pretty prompt - a review of hair descriptions would be great. Midnight shade did not equate to black, more a dark brown. A greater selection of shades would be advantageous

I had an absolutely amazing experience with HRL from the very start! Fab customer service - contacted them on Sunday morning to seek advice about a potential match for my hair extensions. Received an immediate response and brill advice which i followed and ordered 2x sets of hair extensions that arrived in 2 days. i ended up returning one set due to a slightly darker tone, but kept the other one as it was a match for my hair made in heaven! I loved the quality of the extensions too! Would defo recommend this company to anyone, very pleased with both my purchase and professional communication with the HRL team. Tempted to buy some ponytails now, lol. Thank you!

The best I have bought
Amazing quality hair for such a good price. Have paid way more for other hair and it's matted right away. Just be sure to look after it properly!
I bought this while visiting england and now I'm back in my home country I'm thrilled to discover they ship internationally!

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing. For years I have been spending fortune for hair extensions with very poor results as I have a very fine hair and it has always been a struggle to hide the extension without them being very visible. Now my problem is solved! Easy to put on, looks very natural and I love love love it! Just buying another few for many years to come....
