The result of this means we can get variances in batches from the colours rings and shade charts, therefore we recommend these are to be used as a guide only.
The only time 100% matches on colours can be achieved is in synthetic ranges as they are man-made rather than coloured.
The nature of a natural product that has been through extensive colouration processes does not allow a static result every time, we, therefore, offer a no-quibble return with no restocking fees.

Terrible quality
Purchased my nano rings from here for a few years, and never had any issues… however the last extensions I purchased have been terrible quality… hair constantly matting and knotting ,, hair coming away from the metal .leaving the clips and metal in my own hair , ever time I brush my hair lots of it coming away..leaving my extensions very fine… total waste of money with this purchase, so disappointed

Experiencing issues with your hair extensions can be frustrating. If you are noticing that your hair extension bonds are splitting, feeling soft, breaking down, or shedding, there could be several potential causes:
1. Air Drying: Hair extension bonds that have been left to air dry may begin to soften if left wet for too long. While air drying your hair is beneficial for hair health due to reduced heat exposure, it’s important to dry the bonds using a cool setting on your hairdryer before allowing the lengths to air dry.
2. Incorrect Aftercare: Hair extensions should only be washed with specific aftercare products designed for extensions. Using shampoos not made for hair extensions fused with keratin polymer can cause the bonds to break down over time. Additionally, conditioners should never be applied directly to the bonds, as this can weaken them.
3. Excessive Heat: Exposure to excessive heat can cause keratin glue to melt and lose its effectiveness. Repeated exposure can weaken the glue over time, leading to loosened metal tips and eventually shedding.

I had been a loyal customer with hair planet but the last hair I received was awful quality constant knots/ tangles & matting. The fall out was also extreme causing the hair to thin incredibly quickly. I contacted hair planet customer service and was faced with an incredibly unfair response. Claiming nothing is different with the hair, as if I was making it up. (I’d never complained previously may I add.) I was told I had to send the hair back to be tested, at my own expense! I’d then be left without extensions and out of pocket. Considering I had constantly ordered hair from hair planet I thought this response was disgusting. I’m in the hair industry and advice my clients to avoid.
I almost always had people say the banding is to thick and uncomfortable with the short pieces of hair under the band causing irritation and itching. Such a shame, but I’ll certainly NEVER be handing my money to this company again. And neither should you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. From your description, it sounds like you are referring to the shorter hairs at the top of a weft. This is how the bulk hair is attached to the machine track during manufacturing, referred to in the hair industry as the"beard" or the "return." On application, this portion lies face down flat to the head and should be fitted with a gap between your root and scalp to allow for freedom of movement.
The return is created to prevent shedding; the top section of the bulk hair is folded over the track and machine-sewn into place. Bulk hair cannot be attached directly to the track; otherwise, it would shed away. The exception to this is the hand-tied weft, ghost and flat wefts, which are manufactured differently with adhesive and handstitched processes and priced to reflect this.
Our products all come with a 14-day no-quibble return policy designed to give you peace of mind. This policy allows you to examine the hair fully before installation, ensuring the shade, thickness, and fitting type are suitable for your needs. If you find the product unsuitable after fitting, we can only offer a refund/exchange if it is faulty.
