After buying a product on their site I have not received anything, they do not respond to any emails and the phone number provided is wrong. There is no way to contact them, terrible service.

I ran into Felix for the first time at a hair shop in June when I was job hunting and he offered me a job at his office in Finsbury Park working in sales and marketing. From the jump he asked extremely personal questions to ‘know my character’. That same day he hired me and came in for an unsolicited hug and tried to kiss me ( not sure if it was my lips or cheek he was aiming for) but I dodged him. Bear in mind he’s 40-50 years old and I’m in my mid twenties. I was horrified feeling his stubble graze my face. I genuinely didn’t know how to react. But I needed the job/money. I cried when I got home. He was very touchy and I was extremely uncomfortable with the way he’d talk about wanting to marry me. After my first month I noticed I was not paid, I spoke to him and he claimed I had not sent over my details, even though I had. From there it was constant delays, and he constantly made empty promises. I received £600 even though I was owed approximately £2,200 for my monthly wage. He was constantly calling me and asking me personal questions about my life when all I was concerned about was my missing wages. Some conversations were fun debates but he would always mention marrying me, and constantly ignored the fact that I have a boyfriend. I became too comfortable being made uncomfortable by his comments and actions. I began to notice people were unhappy with his services and he was being chased up about many missing payments for several things. I also saw reviews from other people who’d worked under him, they were all unhappy about missing wages. It was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, my wages were UNPAID by approximately £3,000. DO NOT WORK FOR FELIX AT HAIRDYECOLOR / T20 SERVICES IF YOU WANT TO BE PAID IN FULL AND ON TIME. You’ve been warned.

i worked under felix for the past 4 months. my wages have not been paid, i have been given false promises on when my payment will be made. and these false promises are made constantly. there is no consideration or respect towards peers in hair dye color and working here has really taken an effect on my mental health.

other members of staff have experienced the same issues of not being paid on time. i want to warn those who are thinking of joining the company as now i have had no wages for nearly 2 months!!

Why are these still trading , they need investigating .....CC company sorted my refund in the end .

Avoid this company. I recently started a dispute with my bank who immediately refunded the amount pending investigation. No response to emails sent to the company, no tracking number provided. Never received the product.

I've been 'trying' to support this company for more than 6 months, sadly, their delivery is getting worse, and worse.

The product is great, 'however' they obviously have no inventory and deliveries are 2-3 weeks, if ever...

Too pricy, and no delivery, ...there 'are' other options, they worry me, I will NOT buy again.

Ordered material on 19 Feb, delivery as per order was within 2 days.
Chased the team again 10 days later on 020 7859 4054 - the person said he will call me back later after finding the shipping details.
Today is 06 March and I now cannot even connect to heir customer services.
DO NOT BUY !!!

I ordered hair dye and paid via Paypal. They claim that they sent the order, but the item was NEVER received. The business never provided a receipt of sending. I raised a dispute with Paypal and will follow up with them.

Scam! Do not use this website! Never received my order! Customer service guy very rude!

Orders were confirmed by this company with payment taken from me. After one month waiting for unfulfilled orders, and no explanation from this company I requested a refund. Multiple requests for a refund were ignored and no refund or products provided. I would NOT recommend this company and would have given zero stars if possible. Do not use this company as it will take your hard earned money, leave orders unfulfilled and then ignore you when you try to resolve. The worst on line experience ever.

Scam website!! Don’t buy here. Shouldn’t even give them one star. They took my money, sent a dispatch email 2 days later with a faulty tracking link (link goes to TNT website saying the order number doesn’t exist). Tried to email numerous times, got one reply saying let me check with Royal Mail and get back to you (nothing about TNT couriers that my parcel had apparently been sent through). 3 weeks later, they’ve taken my money and I’ve no product

Update- after numerous complaints they did send a product to me on 11/4/22.

I ordered a Tangle Teezer Elite hair brush in bright pink, I received a cheap fake copy that was pale purple and yellow. There is no way to return items on the website and when I emailed I had a reply to say they were looking into it, 2 days later still nothing about how to get a refund. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, the products supplied are not as advertised and there is no easy way to return items.

Still not received my hair colour! Seems to be a scam..will be contacting Police!!!
