I appreciate the prompt response I received when I reached out to them via Facebook to inquire about their products. I placed an order the following morning and surprisingly, I got my package on the same day! This was my first time ordering from them. They even included some extra products, a candle and jellybeans, at no additional cost. I am very pleased with their service and the thoughtful gesture.

I accidentally showed up early to pick up my click and collect and they were very accomodating. The click and collect process was also extremely fast, really appreciated it. Have never had a bad experience with Hair and More :)

I’ve been buying my toner off them for years - they always ship so quickly (today my order was shipped within 15 mins!!) and give you little jelly beans with the toner. Also reasonably priced compared to other places online. Definitely definitely recommend!! I’ve been meaning to make a review for ages

I have bought off many hair sites and hair salons over the last 3 years... however this is the first time I am willing to leave a review. This is the only site I have come across that actually had the products I was desperately looking for (Wella toners) in stock and they also stock a range of quality salon accessories + products at affordable prices. Ordered late Wednesday night and received updates on my order so communication is great. Best thing was I had my products delivered early Friday morning beautifully packed and also came with a sweet treat. During Covid-19 you would expect shipment delays but not at all. Ordered again from them tonight as they will soon be stocking Framar products!!! I've checked almost every website however Hair and more is the only website I've found with a wide range of Framar products to be stocked (approx Oct 20 2021). Their website is super easy to navigate so it saves you time. To anyone who may be skeptical about purchasing from a new site, quality of products, shipment delays or trying to fix a bad DIY hair job in Auckland/nationwide, I would highly recommend hair and more.

Have always purchased from hair and more but from now on i will never waste another penny, they basically blamed me for the results of the toner i purchased off them then wouldn't send a courier bag for it to be returned. Already had wasted my products in prep of toning my hair still getting damage with no result.
Had used the same toner religiously for a very long time, they weren't helpful in explaining to me why my results were completely different to every other time, my hair routine has been the same for years but no it not likely their product.
I'm guessing the product was expired or something as nothing activated once was on the hair not even a change in color. So strange 🥴

Disappointed loyal customer don't recommend, all this trouble over a $4 courier bag what a joke.

🥇This is the go to for my hair supplies, Affordable prices on big brand products I always get my order the next working day & they are packaged safely with a small gift ! Highly recommended to anyone 💕
