Walt Disney mini book issues
I made a mistake when I ordered Disney mini books and was sent two sets as I did not want them I contacted customer services and spoke to a very helpful advisor Ben who cancelled the duplicate order and could return the unwanted issues and have a refund for them I did this and within two weeks it was all sorted with the refund was really very easy to do and Ben was polite and helpful I think he is a credit to his company and would buy in future

The Warhammer Combat Patrol run is easily one of the most cost-effective ways to collect, build up multiple factions, and get paints/tools at a massive discount compared to retail prices. The step-by-step breakdown in each issue makes the building and rules super digestible.
Deliveries are consistent and everything arrives well-packaged. It spreads the cost of the hobby out perfectly while keeping a steady stream of new projects coming to my desk. Highly recommend their partworks to any hobbyist, whether you're a veteran collector or just starting out!

Not good value …
A little disappointed that the dalek parts have been broken up into little pieces so hatchette can make more money. Wait for a month and get two pieces of plastic and a spring in each package and the buyer is charged a large amount. When you consider there will be over 100 packages this tends to be very expensive and not good value

Great value and wonderful customer service.
Having both ordered individual items and signed up for the combat patrol monthly sets, I will say either option is well worth it. The one time I did have a slight issue of an order taking a long time to ship, they quickly corrected it. The customer service has been top notch in all the communications I've had with them.
