All good...after a few issues
I had a problem with the application for credit with Sonfico I had to submit the paper work 3 times After waiting over three months with no contact from both parties I managed to contact Habitatetjardin who sorted the problem I have ordered other products which arrived on time .
The biggest negative is the phone, I waited over 30 minutes without any response @ 15c euro a minute on three occasions. But on the whole I was happy the way the problems were resolved.

No goods after 3 weeks, no response to either email, web or phone.
Ordered 3 x 2 Sun Lounger on 27/7 2016 with delivery promised between 28/7 and 1/8. On 19/8 I still have no delivery, no email to confirm dispatch, no reply to personal email to person who took order, no reply to web form requesting delivery information, nobody answers to calls on Customer Care line (01 47 70 33 64), web option to cancel order does not work. This company only seems interested in taking your orders and money - the customer service afterwards is non-existent. Hopefully they will respond to this review?
UPDATE: Well, they didn't respond to my review so I ended up contacting my bank and asking for a VISA Chargeback, Gecodis finally refunded my money on 31/10/2016 - over 3 months from when I made payment.

Garantie sans valeur - Worthless Guarantees
Cette société est la pire que je ai jamais traité pour le service client! Je Acheté en 6 solaires chauffe-piscine de panneau il ya deux semaines. Ils ont été installés 5 jours après l'accouchement et 5 panneaux de fuite. Je ai demandé qu'ils recueillent et remboursement en vertu de la garantie de 14 jours et ils ont refusé. Ils disent que je dois faire la réclamation contre Bestway. Quel est le point de leur garantie si elles ne l'honorent.
Dernières News- Bestway accord les panneaux sont défectueuses et HabitatetJardin devrait remplacer ou rembourser. HabitatetJardin va maintenant pas répondre à mes e-mails. Société Terrible!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service! I purchased 6 solar panel pool heaters 2 weeks ago. They were installed 5 days after delivery and 5 panels leaked. I requested they collect and refund under the 14 day guarantee and they refused. They say I must make the claim against Bestway. What is the point of their guarantee if they do not honour it.
Latest News- Bestway agree the panels are faulty and HabitatetJardin should replace or refund. HabitatetJardin now will not answer my emails. Terrible company!
