Service après vente lamentable. L'article que j'ai commandé a été proposé à un prix de vente, que j'ai acheté puis signalé plus tard par la société comme étant en rupture de stock. Le même article est ensuite réapparu avec un numéro de stock différent et un prix plus élevé presque immédiatement. L'entreprise ne me fournirait alors pas l'article au prix payé, même s'il y en avait en stock sur son site Web. Pour ajouter l'insulte à ce processus, ils ont retenu mon argent pendant plus de 8 semaines (jusqu'à présent) et je n'ai reçu aucun remboursement. JE NE COMMANDERAIS PLUS JAMAIS AUPRÈS DE CETTE ENTREPRISE. S'il vous plaît éviter!.

Terrible after sales service. The item I ordered was offered at a sales price, which I bought and then later reported by the company as out of stock. The same item then re-appeared with a different stock number and higher price almost immediately. The company would then not provide the item to me at the price paid, even though there were in stock on their website. To add insult to this process, they retained my money for over 8 weeks (so far) and I have received no refund. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Please Avoid!.

Update: 10/09/23 - Still NO Refund - This is now over 3months of waiting for a refund "to be processed".

Update: 14/13/23 - Still NO Refund from this company.

I had contacted you regarding a Garden Shed we have been back an forward for over a month an promises regarding our parts WE ARE UNABLE TO BUILD THE SHED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PARTS ENOUGH TO BUILD IT. CAN SOMEONE KEEP US UPDATED? so upset about this is the sixth time I try to contact you regarding this and nothing after more than a month, this customer service is so unexpected and also you do not keep your clients updated we have EXPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON YOUR PRODUCT AND NOTHING HAS CHANGE SINCE! WE NEED ANSWERS AND ACTIONS ASAP

Service excellent from start to finish. Admin staff very helpful with two queries. I needed the Royal pool steps within 10 days for guest with limited mobility. I completed the order on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday a total of 5 days. The delivery driver was very helpful and offered to open the box to check for damage. The steps are really secure. It took less than two hours to assemble and secure in place. Instructions could be more detailed as some knowledge of fitting is required. But very satisfied with product and service

Received 2 beds full of mold. have been trying to exchange them for over 3 weeks now! company is unbelievable! No response. Then they offer €40 to keep it. I dont want moldy beds. i want to return them and get good ones! Please contact me ASAP!

I will warn everybody not to buy at this shop! We bought 5 beds online, the quality is very bad, actually we can’t use them. We have 2 years guarantee but …. Very difficult to reach them, on the phone only a robot, by internet only the reply that our 2 weeks after delivery are already passed… but what about the 2 years guarantee? We are working on this problem for weeks now. By the French law we have the right to have our money back but we will need a long breath. Never again at this shop!

Bought a large shed, one gust of wind and it is damaged irretriebably. Lovely looking shed, but just not strong enough. Complete waste of money.

The ordering of the product and the quality of the product is first class. However the only thing that is disappointing is the delivery. It never comes on the date given and is always at least a month later without any communication or explanation. Other than that we will use them again.
