Ordered multiple of an item and wasn't suitable for my project. E-mailed them twice and waited patiently, still no response.

Their policies state they'll return items no questions asked. Of course one of them I used so if they said no to that, I totally understand but as for the other 4 completely brand new, they should.

Anyway, called their number, doesn't work. Called another number I found and also doesn't work 🤷🤷🤷

I contacted this company to find out when an item was going to be back in stock and they went above and beyond to get me the items I needed would definitely recommend

Disgraceful behaviour from Habercraft on Amazon. This seller sent a damaged item. They claimed it was damaged in transit, but a bootprint inside two layers of packaging can not be caused in transit. They issued a refund but refused to pay return postage, citing policy reasons. When challenged over this, instead of providing any level of customer service, they became combative and threatened to report me to Amazon for leaving negative feedback. AVOID HABERCRAFT!!! There are plenty other options. Amazon were quick to provide the refund when I reported Habercraft's actions.

Ordered an A1 size cutting mat which was delivered within 3 working days. The product of good quality and appears very robust. Would have no hesitation in ordering other products from HaberCrafts

Order received a day sooner than anticipated. Product of good quality (clear nylon fishing wire/non stretch transparent clear cord) - would definitely order again.

Ordered a Fabric spray from Habercrafts. This was sent in bits but missing the tube that should have been in middle of aerosol. This meant when you put the head on and tried spraying the paint came out, spilled under and everywhere? I tried to go to the company direct and found that all their web was in the gobblygook that infills in designing a website?? Could not find out therefore how to contact the company direct to complain so this will have to do.

I ordered a set of 10 Exacompta Lever Arch files via Amazon. The items are faulty and HaberCrafts have now sent an email saying they will refund the money minus shipping which I need to pay. I have contacted them via Amazon and said return shipping should be free if items are faulty. Tried numerous times to phone them (0208 908 4862) but it just rings off. Starting to get increasingly frustrated ordering goods online as it becomes far more time consuming to return if there's a problem. There's a lot to be said for the old fashioned way of just going to a shop and viewing what you're going to buy!

They're a MarketPlace seller on Amazon. They first sent the wrong item, and then had the audacity to say it's not their order because it hasn't cleared in their system - only when I took a picture of the item and their invoice did they admit they sent the wrong item, and told me they would send the correct item and a returns envelope. Two days later they emailed again to say they'd run out of stock, and they will send a returns envelope so that I can send back the first, incorrect item. It's been 10 days and I have yet to receive a returns envelope. Amazon contacted them again, and they've requested a photo again! They're just refusing to give me my refund. Never ever use these guys - their customer service is appalling and they'll just take your money and run without delivering the item you ordered. An investigation at Amazon is currently ongoing.
