I've been dealing with Habeno recently in order to get a mortgage in Spain. From the initial call until the completion of the purchase they've been very professional and extremely responsive! Many thanks to Gorka and Linus who answered to all my questions either on Whatsapp or email. I am so grateful that I found them. I've been rejected by other banks, but they managed to get me a mortgage. If you are looking for a mortgage broker in Spain, Habeno should be your number 1 choice!

I can't say enough about Habeno, in particular our loan advisor, Pierluigi. He was so patient and explained every step to us many times. This was especially important to us because we're from the US and knew nothing about the Spanish mortgage system. He was also very responsive, even though our time zones are different. His English was perfect, which was a plus. He went above and beyond in ensuring that the bank produced the correct documents in time for us to purchase our home. I can't express my gratitude enough for the peace of mind Pierluigi gave us! The company overall was pretty good--the online portal was a lifesaver because it was easy to track all the documents we were submitting for review. Overall, I'd say the process was easier and more streamlined than I imagined. The only downside was that Spanish banks take longer to process things than the US, but that has nothing to do with Habeno. I would highly recommend!

Buying a home is always a stressful experience -- this was my third time, personally. But, buying a home in another country was a terrifying prospect for me... especially given my poor Spanish language skills. Having just received the keys to my house in Spain yesterday, though, I can 100% say I couldn't have done it without Habeno. Pierluigi from Habeno especially went out of his way to make this the least stressful and easy home buying experience I've ever had. Habeno kept me informed (even during the European Summer Holiday season), presented me with mortgage options, negotiated the best deal for me, set up my Spanish bank account, handled all paperwork logistics, answered all my questions, and even checked to make sure I wasn't paying too much for other services. They honestly felt like a trusted partner throughout and seemed invested in making sure I had a positive outcome. It's a fantastic service full of wonderful people and if you have any doubts, push them aside; this is the company you want to hire as a foreigner looking to purchase a home in Spain.

Buying a property it is a hustle but when you have the right person to guide and help you the process it is much more easier and smooth.

I took advantage of Habeno’s services during summer 2022 in connection with purchasing a house in Nueva Andalucía.
Being from Scandinavia and trying to get a Spanish mortgage is definitely not easy and normally ends up taking to much time and getting to expensive.
We were assisted by Pablo and at all times we felt in good and capable hands. He was very professional, patient and fast and always returned our mails/calls promptly.
We had lots of issues with seller, real estate agent and lawyer, but Pablo nicely acted liaison officer and finally got the deal in house.
I haven’t done the math but I’m sure that the fee taken by Habeno is earned back faster than the first year due to better conditions on the mortgage. I can strongly recommend Habeno and especially Pablo.

He was attentive, and took our many emails and calls from California despite the time zone differences. Habeno made our dream possible! I wanted to buy a house in Spain and all the paperworks were a nightmare. So i contacted Habeno and talked to Linus and Pablo. Habeno has been such a relief for me in buying a place in Valencia! I speak fluently Spanish but I am so happy that I took the leap and got help from Habeno.
