When you're dealing with temperatures of over 900°F (480°C) and live flames then a metal peel is recommended. 15-Inch strong and durable wooden handles offers you a comfortable grip and ensures safety. Overall Length is 33 1/2". Made of aluminum which has a lightweight construction for easy to use and cleaning. Blades are super-thin, making them easy to slip under a pie. The handle can be screwed off for storage. But repeated disassembly is not recommended.
