I've bought from them at least 10 times now and each time I got my money's worth. I can't say I got my gold within 30 minutes, but I do figure they have a ton of customers, looking at these reviews and whatnot. But they've never taken longer than 5 hours and they always come through with the in-game mail.
I think the only negative experience I've had with them would be their customer service. Luckily I had a simple question about reward flexibility, so nothing too fussy, but it was an important enough question that I'm certain I wasn't their first customer to ask. It took them 2 - 3 weeks to answer, in which I got the response of, "There's a possibility, but you'll have to first discuss that with this other person. You can contact them here ____." In which, I contacted them, and it took another 2 weeks for a reply from them. By then I'd long gone moved onto another "responsive" seller.

With the current shortage in the gold-selling business most sites aren't really delivering in their normal time frames. I bought gold from three different websites on the same day (5/14/15). Every step of the way Guy4Game assured me my order would be fulfilled, they really made me feel like a valued customer, they spoke properly and professionally (Unlike some other sites based in foreign countries). Overall, Even though delivery did take a little longer than both me and them expected (Not through any fault of their own), I would gladly place another order with them. Oh and the other two sites have yet to deliver anything.
