This company are fraudulent
This company are fraudulent. They claim to be a vacuum gutter cleaning service. They came to our house while I was busy working from home. The quote was for vacuum gutter cleaning, removing gutter gaurd and replacing it.
They cleaned sections of gutter by hand, took photos of the clean gutter and showed us, and requested payment then and there.
Everything seemed legit but as they drove off I noticed that it didn't look like the vacuum had even been used.
I got up on the ladder to see thick mud with moss on top still sitting in the gutter. The gutter guard was ripped up and not pinned back down properly and glove was on the roof.
They had not cleaned more than small sections of gutter. I called and asked them to return to do the job properly but they didn't.
I have since contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria.
