From the initial consultation, to the parking, from speaking with the front desk staff, to the comfortable waiting room, from the knowledgeable APN that I check in with monthly, to the private sessions. I have been so pleased with my treatments at Gupta.
I cannot express how thankful I am for their care and their kindness. There are a few quirks to the office, but that is out of their control. For example, sometimes they have trouble with the air conditioner. But they were quick to react and add box fans. Privacy is Important, so there are white noise machines in front of each treatment door are reassuring. It’s nice because the waiting room is not loud & it has a pleasant vibe, with sunshine and windows. It would be nice if there was a little extra seating because sometimes a single person will take the 3-4 person sofa to herself leaving only 2 chairs available. But the staff is quick to take you back to a treatment room, so even if you have to stand for a moment it isn’t terrible. Sometimes there’s also the sound of a dog barking, or people are too loud in the hallway, but it’s a very small facility and I know they’re doing the best that they can.
I’ve been so thankful for the staff, including Lisa, Kinnari, Claudia and so many more who put their heart into making us feel at ease.
