Personally I don't care for the taste but I use it when cooking. I like the benefit of the polyphenols.

I wasn't so sure at first about taking shots of oil each day. However, I cannot see myself not doing it each day. It gives me a bit of an energy boost and the feeling of good health each day!

Two words (about the olive oil): Needs salt.
A tiny bit of salt would cut the bitterness and bring out the delightful olive flavor.

Don’t really notice a difference. Have been using it for a couple of months now and don’t notice a physical difference. The olive oil is pretty pricey so I only take a 1 1/2 tsp a day and usually in the morning fasting. I take it primarily for the large dose of polyphenols. But hoping I see or feel some sort of difference.

I still cannot feel the real benefits of that, yet.
I'll continue to try.
What I really dislike, was the fact that I tried twice a contact to understand why this olive oil is so rich in Polyphenol! Are the olives from the Marocco plantations naturally generating the extra polyphenol substance, compared to other places like Greece, Spain or Italy?
Is there any chemical addition to the oil?
Those are simple questions from a kind of loyal customer for years.
Your Customer Service told me that they cannot answer those questions.
I cannot understand this kind of positioning.
I don't want want to know the secrets of your production lines.

I love it ❤️ I drink a couple ounces in the morning. I can feel that it is working for me in my health. Helps my joints and bones etc.

Delivery and packaging beautiful. I’ve faithfully have made the oil my morning ritual. However, Im concerned my first bottle is bitter Doesn’t have the same smooth and sweetness from other high end oils I’ve purchased.

Ordered 3 and opened all 3 to confirm if the same.
Each bottle contents have a heavy smell of plastic and the taste is overwhelming and strong of blue cheese and aftertaste of plastic. There is the peppery note but is overwhelmed by the blue cheese and plastic taste and aftertaste.

I have been taking the olive oil for several years now. I just feel "good" inside. The oil olive you take makes the biggest difference and this olive oil is the best .

I take a teaspoon daily with a tiny bit of lemon juice for a smoother taste.

I have just used the olive oil four times, and I drank in the morning.
I just started using it at night, maybe there will be a bigger difference.... Mainly speaking of fall ,Memory and Focus.
It's early and I am waiting.

I believe that Olive oil daily is a good thing to do. I trust that Gundry Olive oil is a good quality. I do not like the taste. I add lemon or lime juice in the shot and am trying to take it every day. I just ordered 6 bottles. I am taking a few other products, so I can’t tell what specific benefit I get from it. I feel good and feel like I have good energy.

I don't know to what extent the Olive Oil is helping me. But I do sense that my appetite control is better than it used to be, so perhaps it's the Olive Oil contributing t that. So I placed a 2nd order of 3 bottles.
I also just ordered the new Peptide formula, hoping it performs as promised for the many benefits for seniors (I am 72).
My furstration with Gundry is the constant new item introductions, most of which help with things that previous introductions promised to help with. It's confusing, and I'm backed up with 4-5 other formulas that I never finished before buying (the new greatest thing ever).

The company is doing good even though I previously did not get my package but your products are very satisfying and I talk about them to friends and family all the time and give away to them to try personally , love love love your products Dr Gundry appreciate you asking, do have to wonderful day ❤️.

I have been able to consistently meet my body weight. I can digest my food better.I have more energy throughout the day and sleep better.I feel younger now.

The product was easy to order, delivered in a timely fashion and it is exactly how it was represented by the company.

I can't say I have experienced definite differences in my health status while using your polyphenol-rich olive oil, but I feel better using an olive oil of this quality.
