gunbroker makes it extremely difficult on it's sellers to join the gunbroker payment system and makers it very difficult to get a refund from dead beat buyers. i am ready to be persecuted by gunbroker for this review!!! !!!!

Took 3 weeks to get a reply from CS & the solution was to create a new profile (which is the direct opposite of what was stated on the site). Shortly after creating a new profile & listing I made a sale & was charged but guess what I couldn’t log in because my account wasn’t “verified”. After several emails & weeks (over a month) I was able to log in again but when I went to click on “contact buyer” it stated that they were “disabled” 🙃 - a week later CS told me to relist it - well I logged in & tried again & was able to contact the buyer & settle up with him whom BTW had the patience & understanding of a saint - I requested a refund but that fell on deaf ears - an absolute nightmare & I will not be recommending GB to anyone -

I can always depend on Gunbrokers and their process. They have checks and balances set in place to protect the buyers and sellers.

GunBroker is as easy as it gets. My first time trying.
Find your gun, place a bid, finalize to FFL, make payment and item arrived as promised.
I will definitely be using them again.

The martini henry rifle that I bid on and purchased was very accurately described by the seller in the auction ad. However; the photos in the auction ad were not the photos of the rifle that I received. A major reason that I bid on the rifle was my evaluation of the photos. The seller stated in the ad " what you see is what you will receive no more no less ". Thank you.

The ease of sites navigation. Quality and number of listings

As a seller, the site can be tedious to sell a new item. Some things need to be done that are not obvious when filling out the selling info. I have been using GB for decades and it was a lot easier to list something back then. Things take much longer now.

The transaction went smoothly. I haven't received my revolver yet but expect it this week. I have purchased several firearms through gunbroker and will continue to do so. No negatives! Can't beat em.

Logging in has gotten increasingly more difficult and tedious. I do not love that. But it is a great place to buy n sell firearms and accessories when other platforms are anti-2A and don't allow it.
