We are sorry to read your feedback. A tyre that is around two years old is not considered old when it has been properly stored, and the DOT is generally only specified on our site for tyres over 36 months.
That said, if the tyres you received appear to show signs of prior use or do not match what was advertised, please open a ticket with our after-sales service from your customer account. Our team will review your case carefully and provide the most appropriate follow-up.

The delivery service was good and arrived on time. The price was okay, but the tire was manufactured in 2023, meaning it had been sitting in a warehouse until I ordered it.

Thank you for your feedback. A tyre with a DOT under 36 months is not normally indicated on the product page, and when stored correctly its performance is not affected. If the DOT was over 36 months and this was not clearly mentioned at the time of purchase, please open a ticket with our service after-sales team and include your order number plus a photo of the DOT so the case can be checked and handled appropriately.

Terrible customer service. They provided incorrect details about getting company bill, then pressured me by saying canceling would mean paying return costs. A claim was submitted by their instructions saying they would resolve it, but I’ve heard nothing for over 2 months
This is literally my 10th time contacting you and every time same story and no one ever contacts me and respond to claim! I gave you every information and contcted you in every posssible way.
I already given order number, e-mail and everything and nothing ever happens.

Old DOT
I ordered Yokohama tires and they come in time. But oldly DOT disappointed me. I think it´s unnaceptable buy NEW tires with DOTxx23 and that was not highlighted nowhere. I write email about that case but they ignore me.
I never buy in future from that site.

Regarding DOT, tyres are specifically indicated on our site when they are over 36 months old. A DOT from 2023 is therefore not necessarily above that threshold, depending on the production week. If this information should probably have been mentioned, our after-sales service will verify it carefully.
