A very unprofessional experience
A very unprofessional experience. They charged me €60 for delivery, but the tires were never delivered. Communication was poor or nonexistent, and the issue was not resolved. I expect a refund and a more serious approach to customer service. I do not recommend them.

When a parcel is marked as not delivered or seems stuck, it needs to be checked via the carrier tracking and, if necessary, a formal claim must be opened so our team can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible (delivery incident, return to depot, etc.).
If you haven’t already, please open a ticket with our service after-sales via your customer account/contact form and include your order number and any tracking details. If you already have a ticket number, share it here and we will prioritize your case internally for faster handling.
We can’t confirm a refund from this review alone, but once the investigation confirms the delivery failed (or the goods are returned), our team will process the appropriate solution according to our terms.

Misleading Public Replies and Ignoring Customers
After my initial review, the company publicly responded asking me to provide a ticket number so they could “prioritize” my case.
However, this is misleading — a ticket was already opened through their system, and the claim was already reviewed and rejected without any proper explanation regarding the reported defect (tire deformation).
After their public reply, I responded as requested and provided all necessary information again, but since then they have completely stopped responding to my emails.
This gives the impression that the company is only trying to appear helpful in public, while in reality avoiding resolving the issue.
Due to the lack of communication and refusal to properly address a legitimate complaint, I will proceed with a chargeback request and further legal steps.

Please note that when the DOT is under 36 months, it is usually not shown on the product page, and this is considered compliant: tyres can be stored for several years without loss of performance when they are kept under proper storage conditions.
