Clueless & Terrible Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with a Guess call center agent named "Victor" from the California call center who was extremely clueless, rude and accusatory in his tone instead of being helpful. Guess had not processed my points for a purchase made last month and he falsely claimed that there were several accounts and that the points were going into the wrong account and suggested this was my fault when in fact, I only have a single Canadian account. He frustrated me so much as he was not offering any solutions that I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I asked him what he would do to fix this issue he simply said "nothing" as he was more than happy to pass the buck to his supervisor to do all his work for him. Worst customer service on earth. Stay away from Guess. I am an Elite member but yet the loyalty looks like it is only one sided.

I recently visited your store and was disappointed by the attitude of your staff. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the shopping experience very unpleasant. I expected better customer service from a brand like Guess. I hope you address this issue and ensure better training for your employees to improve customer interactions.
Worst customer service
I would like to express my great dissatisfaction with the service I have received. Unfortunately, I made an error in my email address when placing the order and contacted the company immediately to correct the information. However, I was informed that changes could not be made once the order was placed, which I find difficult to understand.
Additionally, I requested to receive a mobile notification when my order arrived, and was told this would be noted. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification, and when I contacted customer service again, they had no information regarding my issue.
I am now forced to go through the process again, and I feel that I am not receiving the necessary assistance. I find it unacceptable that customer service has not been able to resolve my problem, and this has resulted in a very poor experience. Due to this, I will not be shopping with you again.
I hope you take this into consideration and improve your customer service moving forward.
Dissatisfied and disappointed
After receiving a beautiful watch yesterday I was disappointed that the box it arrived in was extremely badly damaged ripped ect.
This was a gift. The main box was big enough for a bag to be packaged in hence why the box belonging to the watch was extremely damaged.
So I emailed guess yesterday evening straight after I received it saying how it arrived and why didn't it have bubble wrap of even a outage box smaller for obviously safety reasons.
The response I got this morning was go to a guess shop to get a box. Now I live at least 20miles from a guess store. The point is I purchased this online so I don't have to travel I don't drive.
I have being a guess customer for years. And I will never be again after this.
I will be returning the watch and getting a refund.

Frustrating Experience - Disappointing Customer Service
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, I have not received my package. The item was a holiday gift, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience.
When I contacted customer service, I was told I could either wait for the strike to end or reorder the item at my own expense, effectively paying twice. This response is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a better solution, such as replacing the order or offering a refund/store credit.
Disappointed with the lack of support, especially during the holiday season. I hope Guess takes responsibility for this issue and improves their customer service in the future.

Customer service and shop it's just a nightmare. I ordered pants and a blazer, + I got a bag as a gift. Ok, happy... money has been taken from my account.
I just got an email that one item has been shipped, so there is no gift, pants, extra apology email, or anything else.
I contacted them, and they said the items weren't unavailable. They still shipped my half order, which I don't need anymore if they can't ship the entire order.
The issue is that they sell unavailable items online after cancelling your half order with no notice.
The return process is long, and my money is still flying somewhere in their accounts. It is absolutely the wrong service.
I do not recommend it at all...

Purchased 2 matching suitcases for my wife last year and was yet to use them until last week. From the the journey from the bus stop to to the main entrance at Gatwick a wheel came off both suitcases rendering them useless. When we picked the wheel up the small metal axle burnt my hand and you could see that this was the fault as it had melted through the wheel holder. Contacted customer services who stated they had 2 years warranty but couldn't help as we didn't have the receipt. My wife's wardrobe is completely Guess and a small fortune spent with them over the years. Looking at other reviews their response shouldn't surprise me.

The worst company ever!!!!! I’m waiting my refund, more than 25 days, I send the inquiries via chat and emails, but every time is the same answer, sorry for delay. This is very unprofessional, and surely this is the last time that I buy something from Guess. I read all comments in Guess Trustpilot, it’s terrible. They take money, but they don’t refund. It’s frustrating!!!!!

Made bag return after month of purchase,got new but it was already damaged but noticed it at home. When returned back to the store with complaint, colsultant said that I damaged it by knife or so, but I just unpacked at home. Don't recommend all guess things, very bad quality
Terrible customer service and no collection
My first order with guest for a store collection and it has now been over 3 weeks since I made my order. I have contacted them over email, and whilst they have responded in a timely manner, they have been fobbing me off with “we will follow up with the courier” or “we’ve directed to the correct department and get back to you” not never actually hear from them. To reiterate, this was a store collection, so I don’t know how this order has gone so wrong when they have logistics going into and out frequently to stores. They have not bothered to give me any meaningful updates and been proactive. Highly disappointed with this brand.
*Update, the order never arrived and I got refunded. Not sure how they managed to mess up, still left feeling disappointed*
Terrible experience
placed an order yesterday 17th on the website and payed for the express delivery that is stating it's 24 to 48h, which is 16 quids, cuz I needed the item by Monday, well my estimated date for the parcel is now for the 23rd. Now I payed extra for my parcel to be delivered not in 1-2 days but 7 days. I talked to costumer service and it was beyond useless, I was told that weekends is not included (there was nothing about this when I placed my order and spent my money), I was than told that I have to wait until the tracking is updated, that's it, so l just paid for a service that I'm not getting.
Weekend excluded my estimated date is still over the 48 hours. And this point I just feel like I’m being made fun of. If I’m ever gonna buy from guess again is never gonna be online

THE worst customer service EVER!!! Their website glitch caused a duplication of my order and being charged twice. There was no way to cancel the duplicate order online, customer services closed at 7pm on Saturday, not open Sunday. I called Monday 7th September to stop the delivery and had to wait for ONE MONTH for a refund!!! They stated it could be 6 weeks. What an absolute car crash, never again will i buy from GUESS, they have lost a good customer.
Guess Heels and sandals Poor Quality DO NOT PURCHASE
I have a large collection of guess heels, wedge thong sandals/flip flops, and tennis shoes. I love the styles they put out and have purchased a large number of shoes from the brand (upwards of 50 pairs) however I have come to realize they no longer take pride in the products the release almost every single pair of heels I've purchased have fallen apart after only a few times worn. Every pair of thong wedges have ripped out and been unwearable also just a few times into wearing. The tennis shoes are the only shoes that last at all and even the quality of those have diminished over the past several years. Disappointing is not strong enough of a word to describe my feelings but I'm not sure there are accurate words for the letdown I've experienced. I love the styles, and wish I could buy them ,but I won't purchase from them ever again. I wasted so much money on gorgeous shoes only to have them fall apart almost immediately. So infuriating to have wasted so much money I could have spent on other brands and still would have wearable nice heels. Sadly now my heel collection is almost completely empty because they have all fallen apart from lack of quality.

I purchased handbag, belt and clutch. On the same day I got two mails mentioning that those products not available in the store so my order gonna be canceled. I purchased both a wallet and a crossbody bag from this GUESS brand last year, and while I initially liked the products, the quality quickly deteriorated despite careful use. Both items developed significant wear and tear in a very short time, which was extremely disappointing considering the high price I paid.
To add to the frustration, when I contacted customer support for a replacement or repair, they refused to offer any assistance. As someone who regularly buys 5-6 bags a year from this brand, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether to continue supporting them.
