Misleading, dishonest and left us feeling abandoned.
Putting my review here about Guardian as a system and our experience, this is in regards to how we was treated by both Guardian and the LTD company that fitted our roof.
To be transparent they've also removed their previous trustpilot page "Guardian Warm Roof HQ" which was 2.6 stars.
- HQ refuses to talk to us about their product. After we've had issues. Windows bowings and a leak/condensation plus more.
- Fitting company liquidated after having a history of doing this, yet they were still a part of their Team Guardian.
- HQ initially told us they had nothing to do with the roof fitter who completed our roof. This was proved to be a lie as they were showcasing the fitters work on Facebook.
- HQ eventually sent someone around, first guy told us it was likely one problem, didn't fix. 2nd guy sent around told us the whole roof needed to be replaced at our cost. A couple of months later THAT new company they sent around has liquidated, yet still manufacture for HQ, real stand up people.
