I used Guaranteedunlock.com today to unlock a Samsung Adventure B2100 mobile phone from O2 UK for use in Panama (+Mobil). I was discouraged a little at first by the way that mobile phones are listed on the site and thought that I may have to go through pages of phones to find mine but then I found the search feature at the top of the page. Using the search, my phone immediately appeared with clear instructions.

I entered my details and checked out pretty quickly with Paypal which didn't require me to set up an account (this is always a deciding factor for me since I don't like to have accounts lying around everywhere).

I immediately received a confirmation email and then shortly after an update with a comment telling me that they will send my code shortly. Within 30 minutes I received my code via email with clear instructions for how to proceed and it worked first time.

There appear to be a lot of dodgy websites knocking around for unlocking phones, so I was glad that I found this one on TrustPilot.

I would certainly recommend Guaranteedunlock.com from my experience and was certainly happy with the $12 price as I solved this issue from the comfort of my own home.

After entering my details I received an email in good time with all the info I need. My phone didn't behave as it should have but after phoning customer service I was directed to the live chat where the manager took me through the process step-by-step and eventually I unlocked my phone! It took 5 mins max and the staff were incredibly friendly. At £1.99 this was an absolute bargain and saved a trip out to a phone shop and paying in excess of £10! Very VERY happy with this service and would recommend highly.

With a lower price than everybody else I thought there must be a catch. There wasn't.
They sent the unlock code and instructions very quickly - though the first methods suggested didn't work ,but on being e-mailed, came back within 15 mins on a Saturday evening with new instructions that did. Phone now successfully unlocked!

Vodafone 543 unlocked for half the market price or a fourth of Vodafone's in seconds!...

V quick response (30 mins). I realised I'd entered the wrong IMEI number (entirely my mistake), emailed back (offering to pay again), got an immediate response saying no need, and received my code within a few more minutes. Highly recommended.

Tried going to the Orange store to get my phone unlocked. They told me to call a number, which I tried and it failed miserably. Ended up coming across Guaranteedunlock on the internet and decided for a few euros lets see what happens:
Gave them a few bucks, they asked for some information, they sent a code, and it worked!!!

Price is a lot cheaper than other sites....Unlocked my phone on first attempt....Easy, clear information and instructions on how to unlock your phone. I had no need to use the customer service staff as everything went very smoothly....

Used the service before with great results. This time asked to unlock my iphone. Took longer than expected, so I got crossed. Turned out it was a server problem elsewhere. Finally unlocked and respect for their kind and trustworthy communication
