I’ve tried contacting you via email re a claim on my warranty but it appears I’ve been blocked since I informed you about my impending claim, waterpump and battery goosed, xk8 LG59YFH the claim is over the poor £500 warranty claim limit but was hoping you may help out, you have my email address p2pphcar, I’m very disappointed as Ashley sounded like a good guy, I await your response via email or text you have both, #update# I finally got through but was informed the company was in liquidation, not a chance of any claim, the good thing is after around £3000 spent the car seems to be ok 🤞🏻I’m sad but not surprised they’ve gone down the plug, I don’t know if it’s true or not as I’m 600 mile away and can only go off what I’m told, I’m just regretful I didn’t read the reviews beforehand

Untrustworthy & dishonest

My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of disgraceful. Within days of purchasing a vehicle from them, it became clear that the car was seriously faulty and potentially dangerous. Rather than taking ownership of the situation, GT Heritage has done everything possible to deflect, deceive, and delay.

They have repeatedly lied, made baseless excuses, and refused to co-operate — not just with me, but also with my finance company — in what should have been a straightforward process to resolve a serious issue. Instead, they’ve tried to blame me for faults that were clearly present from the start, showing a shocking lack of integrity and accountability.

Their conduct has caused immense stress, financial hardship, and emotional strain on me and my family. The way they’ve handled this situation is not only unprofessional, it’s downright unethical. Their complete disregard for customer safety and well-being is deeply concerning.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not do business with GT Heritage. This dealership has proven itself to be dishonest, irresponsible, and untrustworthy. There are far better — and safer — places to buy a car.

Avoid this dealership entirely.

Avoid this dealership entirely.

Within six weeks of purchase, the vehicle suffered a complete turbo failure, rendering it undriveable. GT Heritage were informed immediately and instructed me to take the car to a local VAT registered garage to obtain an estimate for the repairs, stating they would sort it out no problem.

Once the inspection confirmed a complete turbo failure and the cost of repair was substantial, their position changed. GT Heritage backtracked and stated their warranty would only contribute £500.

I was then told to take the matter up with my finance provider, with assurances that GT Heritage would liaise with them directly. Despite giving the dealer the opportunity to resolve the issue at an early stage, what followed was evasive behaviour and unprofessional conduct, with responsibility repeatedly avoided and escalation ignored.

An independent inspection confirmed the fault was present at the time of sale. The matter ultimately had to be handled via the finance provider, who carried out a formal investigation and authorised the repairs.

As a result, I was left without a usable vehicle for three months.

This was not resolved by GT Heritage. It required third party intervention to correct a serious fault that existed at the point of sale. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from GT Heritage to reconsider.

I trusted them but………

In August of 2025 GT Heritage purchased my old car via Motorway. We agreed the price offered and the car was collected as planned. They didn’t try to haggle on the day and paid every penny of the agreed amount. So why the 1 star review. Well as part of the transaction they asked me to provide the full v5 as they wanted to fill it out. Apparently they had issues with people doing it incorrectly in the past so preferred to do it themselves. I am aware that it was my responsibility to advise DVLA but I took them for their word. Big mistake. I only realised there was an issue in October 2025 when over the course of a few days I received two driving offence notifications for the old car. Whilst G T Heritage sorted these it obviously showed that the car was still registered to me. G T Heritage advised that they would contact the DVLA to get this changed and backdated to the original date. As I had still not received a partial road tax refund by December I contacted the DVLA. They advised that the ownership details for the vehicle had been amended but the date of the change was November. The suggestion that the date had been amended was incorrect. Having contacted G T Heritage about this they have basically washed their hands of the issue. The amount of road tax I was due back was £60. Whilst they pointed out as I mentioned that notification of the change was my responsibility the only reason I didn’t do it was they asked for the full v5 and confirmed they would do it. For whatever reason they didn’t and have ceased any dialogue. So would I trust them again, not a chance. It will be interesting to see if they reply to this as they haven’t to any of my emails.

Well a reply from G T Heritage. It still completely ignores one key fact which is not arguable. You asked me to provide the full V5 at the time of the sale so that you could fill it out and submit it to the DVLA. I see you have not disputed this or made a comment about it. I trusted that you would do this, you didn’t. It’s as simple as that and now you won’t take any responsibility. Your comments also contradict the emails you sent to me. You say in your reply that the DVLA could not assist you but I have an email from you saying that you had spoken to DVLA and the date of the change of ownership had been back dated. Which is it? Both can not be true. Again a point you have never tried to answer. As I said up to this point I had been more than happy with the transaction. To whoever reads this review this is an honest statement of facts and I’d be astonished if G T Heritage disputed them. If you had simply done as you had said you preferred to do and completed the V5 then none of this would have happened. The decent thing would be to admit this and resolve things amicably but you have chosen not to and to blame me for simply trusting you.

We are not shcoked to receive this!

We are disappointed by this review as it does not fairly reflect the transaction or our actions.
Your car was purchased at the full Motorway agreed price with no negotiation on collection, payment was made in full. When driving offences were later brought to our attention, we assisted promptly to ensure these were dealt with correctly.

Regarding the V5 and road tax, DVLA notification remains the registered keeper’s legal responsibility. While we attempted to assist, DVLA would not engage with us due to GDPR restrictions, particularly once the vehicle had passed to a subsequent keeper. This was clearly explained in our email correspondence.

Any road tax refund is issued solely by DVLA and is outside our control. Once DVLA confirmed they could only deal directly with the previous keeper, there was nothing further we could do.

We have responded fully and transparently via email and have explained our position. Repeating the same points privately serves no purpose so we are addressing this publicly to correct the record. Based on the nature of this interaction we also would not choose to do business with yourself.

We believe this review is very unfair and does not reflect the service provided.

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne…

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne from GT Heritage and have had nothing but problems since day one and they will not take any responsibility for it. The main problem seems to be lack of fuel causing the car to almost cut out and slow down which is very dangerous. I informed them very early on and they said to get diagnostics carried out on it which I did.

Those tests, including an expensive live drive test, prove beyond doubt that the car has at some time in its recent passed been mapped so as to hide all faults on a diagnostic test. Undeniable proof of this was supplied to GT Heritage and I asked for a full refund, as is my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

However, GT heritage have refused me my right and are insisting that they have the right to investigate and it may take up to two weeks.

In the meantime, I cannot drive the car as, apart from it being unsafe, I am uninsured on it as I am in breach of my insurance as I informed the insurance company that the car had nothing different to it since leaving the factory and this is clearly now not the case as it has been mapped.

Whether GT Heritage knew about the mapping is neither here nor there. They sold me a car using false information and saying everything was perfect with it when it clearly wasn't. I did test drive it but unfortunately due to their very rural location I did not have the opportunity to drive it on anything but country roads.

To sum up, GT Heritage need to take responsibility for their actions and give me my money back. Instead they have refused to deal with me directly and put it in the hands of their solicitors as a delaying tactic when they know they are in the wrong.

I would never buy a car from these people ever again and would strongly advise anyone else not to either. Go to a reputable dealer and at least you will have some comeback should you buy a "dog" of a car like I have.

We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, and we take all customer concerns seriously. However, we must clarify a few key points for accuracy.

From the moment you notified us of an issue, we followed the correct and lawful process under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The CRA requires that the retailer be given the opportunity to inspect and investigate any reported fault. This is not optional and is a fundamental part of determining whether a vehicle is eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund. We simply asked for 7 - 10days to carry out that investigation and review reports.

You declined to allow this and instead demanded an immediate full refund without permitting the legally required inspection. For this reason, the matter was passed to our solicitors to ensure the correct process was followed and to protect both parties.

The only issue raised directly with us during initial contact was a weak battery, and we covered the cost of a brand new replacement without hesitation albeit not at the price of a Porsche specialist quotation you obtained rather than return to ourselves.

We always aim to resolve matters fairly, transparently, and within the framework of the Consumer Rights Act. We remain willing to follow the proper procedure should you choose to do so.

We are committed to customer care and stand by the quality and due diligence of every vehicle we sell.

We Purchased a Car for GT Heritage…

We Purchased a Car for GT Heritage which broke down after 33 days of own it, GT Heritage did take the Vehicle back and try to fix it under warranty, which didn't work but they kept stating there was nothing wrong with the Vehicle, upon further investigate we found that the Vehicle had been tampered with ie: Some one had turned of the DPF and a list of other issues. In the end we had to get the finance company involve, GT Heritage kept saying there was nothing wrong with the Vehicle even tho there was independent reports stating the problems. It took the Finance company to threaten legal action for GT Heritage to take the car back as per our consumer rights

I would not advise any one to buy a car from this company

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. At GT Heritage, we take customer concerns seriously and worked closely with both yourself and your finance company to investigate the issues raised. Independent inspections confirmed that the vehicle was repaired, and we provided evidence that no faults remained, we did evidence that there was no tampering to the DPF and AD Blue system and the finance company accepted that.

Used cars can and do experience issues, but we have never failed to assist our customers or work with all relevant parties to reach a resolution. In this case, despite proving no faults remained, we cooperated with the finance company’s request to buy the car back as a goodwill resolution.

While we respect your right to share your opinion, we do feel your comments are unfair to the company and the team who worked diligently to support you throughout the process.

We will you well on future cars.

We drove an hour and a half after a Zuto representative scheduled an appointment for us to view three Land Rovers at a dealership. I had confirmed with the company earlier that day that we were coming up specifically to view those three vehicles, and that we had an appointment booked for 5:00 PM.

We arrived at 5:15 PM — just 15 minutes late due to traffic and distance — but were completely ignored. No one acknowledged us, and we weren’t even properly shown the vehicles. We couldn’t see them clearly, let alone discuss any details or take a test drive.

Frankly, it felt like a waste of our time, and the lack of professionalism was really disappointing. When customers travel this far with a scheduled appointment, the bare minimum should be common courtesy and basic assistance. We expected better.

Hi Voice of Truth 365,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, though we’re naturally disappointed to receive a 1 star rating.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear you felt let down, but we do want to clarify a few key details. Your appointment was scheduled via your chosen finance broker, Zuto, who informed us in writing that it was a viewing for one specific vehicle, which we ensured was prepped and ready for you. The other similar vehicles were not mentioned or requested ahead of time.
Our last viewing time is 5:00 PM, as clearly communicated, and we understand you arrived closer to 5:30 PM. We did still greet you and show you the vehicle, but at that time of day, we simply cannot accommodate multiple test drives across several cars, especially when they were not pre-arranged and your broker had advised you were local.
We completely understand your frustration with the situation and travel involved and we agree that customers should not be misled. In this case, it appears your expectations may have been set by your broker rather than us. We would recommend sharing your feedback with Zuto directly, as they booked the appointment and provided the guidance on your behalf.

We feel it’s most helpful when concerns are brought directly to the dealership rather just leaving 1 star reviews everywhere, we can properly address them that way. We also noticed that your review history mainly includes 1 star ratings, while criticism is important, sharing positive experiences when they happen can also make a big difference for businesses and other customers.

Nonetheless, we’re sorry you left feeling disappointed. We always aim to offer a positive and transparent experience, and we wish you all the best in your search for the right vehicle.

Kind regards,
The GT Heritage Team

Great service and value.

Great service and value. No high-pressure selling and a great choice of cars on view. They even fixed a problem (under warranty) no questions asked. I was very happy with the experience overall, especially compared to other dealers I had the misfortune of meeting.

My advice is buy a car from a reputable dealer and not these!! There are always lots of cars exactly what you’re looking for at dealers which will give you a proper service and listen and act on your complaints should you have any
I have bought many cars down the years and never been treated in this way before
Very upsetting, frustrating and in the end a very costly experience for myself

Went to view the car and was greeted by Luke who showed me all the details then we went on test drive, I couldn’t find any fault with the car… as hard as I tried. Their was only one thing the front brake were at 35% wear. After a few day of think about it I bought the car and collected the following weekend. Luke kept me up to date on the preparing and they also serviced the car along with putting brand new front brake disc on the car. Collect the car Luke took me through everything. Nearly a week on and the car is a dream (red rs3) I would definitely recommend Luke at GT heritage!!
